Perfect location for a relaxing weekend getaway or extended stay. Great basement with private entry, pool table, large entertainment area with 70" flat screen tv, full bath and king size bedroom. Large wrap around 1,300 sq ft deck around the side of the house is the perfect space for entertainment enjoying the private setting with family and friends.
