It is very close to the sea and just 10 minutes drive from Larnaca airport. It is a quiet haven with everything to hand which makes this a near perfect spot for holiday makers. The apartment is suitable for couples, small families or friends. It has been fully furnished. Being open plan, spacious and airy, the main living area has full height windows to enjoy the spectacular open view. This apartment has it all; whether it's breakfasting on the terrace, taking a morning swim in the large communal pool everything is geared to make your holiday a totally enjoyable experience.

I live in Surrey, England with my new wife and 2 children. My wife and I both work, so we like to get away at least twice a year. We bought our apartment in the quiet village of Pervolia.
Why they chose this property
Pervolia is a really lovely village location west of Larnaca. This sleepy village with its typical Greek style villa centre, seemed to us to be one of the best locations where you can truly have it all. The pebbled beach is close and you can see the sea from the apartment. This area is loved by the locals and the village centre becomes a hive of activity at the weekends. Pervolia being a small, relaxed and quiet village offers all the necessary amenities you could possibly want on holiday or would make a great base for coastal living. We enjoy sampling the traditional Cypriot way of life together with all the modern conveniences of banks, shops and supermarkets. You also have the beach less than 1km away, which does not get crowded even in the peak season and there are regular buses.
What makes this property unique
Pervolia is also ideal if you are looking for day trips as well because you can reach all of the southern Cypriot towns and back in a day. This property is set on the second floor and because of this the views are marvellous and you are not overlooked by anyone. The views are even better on the rooftop garden! Two storeys is the maximum height you can build in this conservation area so you will not find any big hotels or complexes here - just friendly locals who care and are keen to talk to you.
