Uniquely for the much sought after Mediterranean Gardens complex this 1st floor apartment consists of two 1 bedroom apartments joined during construction through an archway to form a 2 double bedroom, 2 bathroom, and study/single bedroom apartment all on one level, with a separate kitchen and 2 large balconies with sea views. All beds and sofas in the apartment are extremely comfortable, specially ordered to UK standards. Zakkum apartment is ideally located beside the village centre, only 2 minutes level walk away from main shops, banks, post office, etc., yet in a peaceful location overlooking olive groves and Kalkan Bay. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens with a choice of 5 well maintained pools, surrounded by attractive drystone walling and an abundance of flowers and foliage, all maintained to a very high standard by two full time staff. WiFi Internet throughout the apartment. Beach towels provided.

Why they chose this property
Purchased new from developer in 2004.
We chose this location because of its close proximity to the village and the outstanding view from the balcony. We have not seen a view to better it anywhere in the world.
We bought 2 apartments and knocked them together at the planning stage to provide a good sized three bedroom 1st floor apartment to share with family and friends.
We have been doing just that for the last 14 years and will continue to do so, but feel it is time now to let others enjoy it when we are not there.

What makes this property unique
We enjoy the friendly atmosphere amongst the residents of the Mediterranean Garden apartments as in the rest of Kalkan.
It is rarely overcrowded and we never tire of that view.
The combination of the two apartments provides considerably more space for 4/5 people than the Duplex apartments on the same complex.
