Three bedroom bungalow sleeping 5 in an ideal part of Kinsale. Beautifully decorated and furnished to a very high standard with all amenities. The quaint, picturesque, bustling little streets of kinsale, the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, the harbour, marina area and fishing boats are all right on your doorstep, less than 10 minutes walk away. Kinsale enjoys a growing reputation as the gourmet centre of Ireland. Live music can also be heard from many a pub as you walk along Kinsale's streets. An ideal location for sailing, golf, and fishing, Kinsale has a yachting harbour, sailing club and three golf courses. Not only do Kinsale's glorious beaches, coves and inlets make it one of the most popular bathing, snorkelling and surfing areas in Ireland, the waterfront is also a launching post for deep-sea angling, scuba diving and blue-shark fishing trips. Perfect spot to enjoy all that Kinsale has to offer

A cosy, well-equipped property that’s only a short 5 minute walk to the popular cozy cafe and only 10 mins to the middle of Kinsale town centre. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Comfy, cosy and very functional

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. It was cosy, comfy , clean and warm. The kitchen was very functional and it was very easy to relax after being out all day . It’s about a 7 minute walk into town or a 2 minute drive. The just communicated really well. We will definitely be back .

Discovering Kinsale

We decided to stay in one place for a month to really get to know the people and what Kinsale had to offer. We were not disappointed. The house is lovely with a gorgeous view and a lovely neighbor. We did not rent a car so walked to town and would take a taxi or bus back when we had groceries to carry. We also used buses to go to other towns and that worked out well. Graham was easy to contact and answered all questions quickly. All in all a great place to stay. Highly recommended by all guests!

Great location, accommodation & views

Loved our experience of Kinsale. The bungalow was well located, an easy walk of 10 minutes or so into the centre. For the less able, parking was available in the town and the family next door were the local taxi firm! We loved finishing off every day sitting in the sunshine in the garden and enjoying the views. We had a July visit and the weather was very kind. The bungalow had 3 decent sized bedrooms and the property had everything we needed for a lovely stay.

Outskirts of Kinsale

Rather dated property, could do with some TLC, shower tray and sinks were blocked, loo roll holder coming off the wall, crockery dirty and chipped, uncomfortable mattress and pillows, photos gave the impression it was detached, very disappointed to find it was on an ordinary housing estate, also would be hard pushed to get to the town centre in 5 minutes walk

House was better than described. Immaculately clean, had everything we needed, great instructions for kitchen and hot water for showers for those of us unfamiliar with the workings of things in Ireland. View from kitchen and lounge was beautiful. Quiet and very homey, like staying with relatives. Host was always available. Would highly recommend.

Great property with everything we needed, nicely decorated & amazing view. Hedges give privacy all around. Met the nice neighbor in the adjacent bungalow. We found it easier to drive to the property from R606 rather than always through the lovely and busy Kinsale streets. Recommend it & would stay here again.

It was fantastic. Great house, very spacious. Clean. Off street parking, enclosed garden, great for children. 5 to 10 minute walk to all amenities.Very accessible. Loved our time there.

Wonderful stay in Kinsale

The accommodation was very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. The view from the back deck is spectacular. The property is within walking distance to the town but a little hilly for anyone with mobility issues. All in all a lovely time here.

Comfy house and close to town

The house is very cozy and within easy walking distance of the town. The house is well equipped, and the owner has provided the user manuals for most of the appliances which was very helpful. Everything is spotless and well maintained. It was very easy to communicate with the owner via the app. He responds quickly to any questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

Very comfortable,clean, spacious,well equipped,all appliances in good working order.Nice patio and garden area.Location very quiet and 5 mins walk down town to centre.Yes,there is a hill,but manageable,it is a hilly region.Very scenic,town is lovely and colourful.Parking a bonus.One issue in twin room,bottom shelf not secured,easy fix. Extremely happy and would definitely return to no 21 .

Why they chose this property

My wife, Mary, is Irish and comes from nearby Bandon. When she was a little girl she often used to visit Kinsale with her family. It was her ambition to have a house in Kinsale one day. That dream came true in 2003. We love the position of the property, being near to the centre. Also the garden and view.

What makes this property unique

I find Kinsale a magical place. Not too big and not too small. Nice and friendly local people. There's a good variety of pubs/restaurants serving high quality food. We love to watch live music and there is plenty to choose from in Kinsale. Our house is in an ideal location being in a residential area and just 5 minutes walk to the centre. It also has great views and a nice garden.
