Were known as Sitges Villa Apartment. Were a 1 bedroom ground floor apartment which is self-contained and part our larger Villa. Legally Registered ,Non smoking, POOL ,air-conditioned , heated with wood burner, enjoys Apple TV, Amazon Prime, SKY News, RED Bull TV, Spanish TV, DVD & CD player : Super fast broadband, Were in a beautiful area with lovely views and most of all its quiet here.

Private Terrace and BBQ, Mood lighting, Stunning Mountain Views. Thermal Cover on our private Swimming Pool keeps it lovely and warm for the summer. Lots of shade available if you want to sit out of the sun. Private terrace has table, chairs, sun loungers, BBQ, Shower, Mood Lighting etc. The pool is shared only with Tracy and myself. no one else. It also has a thermal cover

The bedroom has a brand new King size bed 160x200 with high quality mattress good size bathroom with shower cubicle. The large lounge area now incorporates a high quality Sofa bed, sleeping for 2 additional adults or children, It can be a bit cosy with 4 adults.

Notes: " CHILDREN UNDER TWO ARE FREE : IF YOU HAVE KIDS UNDER 2 DO NOT ADD THEM TO THE BOOKING DETAILS JUST TELL US IN AN EMAIL AND THEY WILL GO FREE . CHILDREN OVER 2 , WE HAVE TO CHARGE FOR THEM AND WE HAVE TO DECLARE THEM TO THE POLICE SO INCLUDE THEM ON THE BOOKING AND THE PRICE WILL BE CORRECT "

Maximum Occupancy 4 people that is 2 adults and **2 children, if you are 4 adults it will be too cozy for you all and we do not recommend it. People under 25 must advise us prior to booking or we reserve the right to cancel .

It will add only 50.00 GBP to your cost per week for 2 children over 2. It is to cover the cost of washing and the police notifications etc.

Only 30 minutes drive from the cosmopolitan City of Barcelona. We are located in the heart of the 'Penedes' region of Catalonia famous for its wine production with many vineyards, Torres, Codorniu and Freixenet to name but 3, a short drive away. It is an ideal base for anyone wishing to explore the region for its many activities including cycling, horse riding, hiking and of course wine tasting. Alternatively, enjoy the hustle and bustle of Sitges beaches and nightlife, then return to the tranquillity of your own apartment with every facility to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Tracy is a Early Years Teacher and Special Needs Co-Ordinator and Neil is a Retired Lloyds broker and Engineer and can help you make your holiday really special as he is Bilingual and as we have lived here for 23 years work and play Neil & I have an extensive network of friends and places we know, visited and can recommend. Private tours. Just tell us what you would like to see or visit and we can either take you or arrange it for you.

This is a fantastic place to have a holiday, retired people, couples on their own or families with 1 or 2 younger kids or teenagers and want a stress free holiday with people who will either leave you alone or get involved. It is entirely up to you. Just let us know when you arrive.

Please book on the site as we pay to advertise. You are free to contact as we advertise here and on many other sites and on Facebook and we are full every year and have been since we opened. We live in a beautiful tranquil area in the country but only 10 minutes from the sea. You can even see the sea from our Road.

We live in a valley so there are steps in the garden and we are not really suitable for people with mobility issues, you are of course more than welcome to book but for access to the apartment terrace and garden there are steps involved. Please bare this in mind.

There are 4 short steps in total to access the apartment, first step is into the courtyard, next two are on to the main step in front of the apartment front door and a final step up into the apartment, once inside it is all flat.

Because of this it is not suitable for wheelchairs and due to the property construction we can not alter this I am sorry to say. I wish we had a lift after several years of knee operations but we are not allowed to put one in.

We want you to be aware of that, if you are still not sure then please just contact us , we will be very honest and will tell you straight away if we feel the apartment and garden is not suitable for you

The apartment is decorated every year and sometimes these works and others are carried out while people stay but nothing untoward, ( we make every opportunity not to cause any noise disturbance and no noise outside normal working hours ) just decorating and gardening, again it's important that you know this is a real living property with a very large garden and house that needs regular maintenance that I share with my husband.

Mostly I love the weather here. To wake up with blue skies and the sun shining every morning is what has kept us here this long. The beach and many fabulous restaurants are just a short drive from the house, the markets with fresh vegetables and salad ingredients are open daily and to go out for the day with a picnic just seems to make sense. We moved to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the UK and found that here, we could just sit with friends, have a drink and relax. We hope you can too.

Why they chose this property

We bought this house here as we needed a large house for our family to visit and we wanted a nice private garden with an apartment below the main house.

We loved the mountain views and the drive up through the vineyards from Sitges, The vines change colour all year and you see them changing from thin brown stalks in winter through to lime green leaves bursting in Spring to vines full of grapes in August and then burning reds and oranges in Autumn after the harvest takes place.

To drive down to Sitges every morning to work and as you go up that last hill into the town the Azure blue Mediterranean and the Sun rising is there on the horizon in front of you, it just brings a wonderful smile to your face.

It truly is a beautiful place to live, play and work and we hope you will enjoy it
