Stylish and lovely canal house

A sunny house with all wish to enjoy the holidays. A wonderful kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher / washing machine) and a back door to the "Alkmaarsche urban garden". Here you can enjoy the warm summer days the air in the city. The top floor is classified as a hotel room, luxury, privacy and coziness.

On the first floor there is a full open space. At the front a double bed, rear a sofa bed with any possibility for an extra bed. In the middle of the bathroom with shower, ample fitted wardrobes and all the amenities that are desirable to be here to enjoy.

Perfect location!

Alkmaar was the perfect location to explore the Netherlands and just stay right in Alkmaar as well! The home was wonderful and the hosts were lovely.

Wonderful house in Alkmaar

We are just back from a wonderful weekend in Alkmaar. Such a lovely town where we felt we experienced Holland more than ever before. The house is situated on a lovely street with views to the canal. Vivi couldn't have been more helpful & the house is everything you want in a rental accommodation. Very clean, modern, well equipped & so close to the centre of the town. Claire & Colin

Fantastic Home Away from Home

This was the perfect home from which to explore Alkmaar and Amsterdam. We loved how much space the two floors provided our family - the baby could sleep upstairs while we enjoyed the canal view at night from the cozy bench outside the house. The location of the house was perfect - a 15 minute walk to the train station and only seconds away from the heart of Alkmaar. The house was very well appointed - we had everything we needed, and then some! We also appreciated the book of information about the house and the surrounding areas. When we were originally looking to book our vacation, we thought we'd stay in Amsterdam. Eventually we decided to stay in Alkmaar and we couldn't have been happier! The house was located on a quiet street (though you do see lots of people walking and biking by!), and the town seemed so friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Alkmaar!

einfach nur wunderschön- just beautiful

waren jetzt schon 2 mal in dem Haus, alles sehr gepflegt und mit Liebe gemacht! So die Lage ist perfekt, schnell vom Bahnhof da, Parkplatz kann man auch Glück mit haben, und noch viel schneller in dem wunderschönen alkmaar, mit seinen netten Straßen, schönen grachten, schnuckeligen kleinen Geschäften,leckeren Restaurants.... und die Sonne scheint auch immer :-) die Vermieter sind auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit.... wir planen auch schon den nächsten kurz-trip... also wir, immer wieder!!

Genial!!!

La casa perfecta, su ubicacion inmejorable, estas en el centro pero todo muy tranquilo, por la noche no oyes nada, las tiendas a cuatro pasos, los propietarios encantadores, ademas Alkmaar esta muy bien situada y estas como mucho a una hora de coche de todos los sitios de mas interes turistico, Amsterdam a 30 minutos en tren, y la estacion de la casa a 10 minutos andando, muy recomendable, para nosotros que somos cuatro ha sido una semana inolvidable gracias Vivi.
