Outside, a large terrace overlooking the sea / lagoon, perfect for sunset dinners, perhaps with a glass of Sardinian wine.
Its position of the apartment is ideal: The village swimming pool, a supermarket and some restaurants are just a few minutes walk away and the village beach, just 150 meters from the driveway, is perfect for a relaxing holiday with your family or friends. A few minutes walk you can reach the wonderful Cala Scilla and the natural pools. The Village is also equipped with a shared tennis court and 2 swimming pools, including 1 for children (open during the summer) both for a fee.
