Apartment in Albufeira - Monte da Eira

The apartment overlooks the quiet countryside (Brejos) and is a new build 3rd floor apartment. It has 2 communal pools, 1 normal pool and 1 for small children. There are comfortable loungers around the pool and on the roof terrace. It has a L shaped balcony with access from the living room and each bedroom. The location is ideal for those wishing a relaxing holiday in comfortable surroundings but with a walk of only 10 minutes to the top of the famous "Strip" in Albufeira with its many restaurants and bars.

It is only a short bus or car ride away to the old town, numerous beeches and golf courses.

Entry to the Monte da Eira grounds and building is controlled and access is gained only with a key or remote.

There are various attractions a short car journey away or by using the service transport for (tickets are available from various ticket shops)

Perfect location on the edge of town with just a 5-10 drive to the beach.A quiet and very secure block of apartments with a lovely communal pool.Basement parking ideal for that cooler environment for your vehicle.Roof terrace access for that distant sea view photograph.The friendly owner greeted us and provided instructions for the apartment and information about the area.I would recommend this for that quieter relaxing holiday.

Ruhig gelegenes Appartement-Haus am nordöstlichen Stadtrand von Albufeira mit großem und eingefriedetem Grundstück mit Poolanlage (SchwimmerKleinkindpool), gepflegt und intakt, Zugang gesichtert und mit dem PKW befahrbar, genügend Parkplätze vorhanden, die Wohnung selbst war sehr großzügig mit 2 Bädern und 2 Schlafzimmern, großer Eckbalkon nach Nordwesten, Wohnbereich mit Essecke und Einbauküche mit Wama, Gasherd, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und großer Kühl-/ Gefrierkombination...wir waren nur als Paar und hatten mehr als genug Platz, geeignet sicher für 4-5 Personen... Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden diese Wohnung sowohl selbst wieder buchen als auch anderen empfehlen können.

Why they chose this property

My wife and i loved holidaying in Portugal and when the "kids" were old enough we decided to buy a property in Albufeira. The area is very quiet with views of the surrounding countryside but is still only about a 10 minute walk to the top of the strip. Its also very convenient for access to the N125 and motorway. The apt has a private parking bay and when driving it´s only about 10 minutes to get to the nearest beaches or the old town.

What makes this property unique

We both like the apartments at Monde da Eira and after looking for about 8 months we finally decided to purchase the apartment. We get on very well with all our neighbours and have made some very close friends. The apartment is well furnished to a high standard and all of our friends who have visited Monte da Eira were very happy there. The apartment is situated in a quiet area but still within walking distance to the "Strip" and other local amenities. We also have a 9.3 from 10 rating from our guests that use Booking.com.
