AWFUL. Definitely not a luxury villa!
We were totally misled as to the location of the property. The map showed it was within walking distance to the sea, however it was nowhere near the sea, instead right on the corner of a very busy main road above a type of junk yard.
The outside area by the pool was barely big enough to swing a cat and we had to move sun beds around during the day to try and get the sun. There was a type of primitive curtain to pull across to block the awful view of the road and junk yard which was shocking. Needless to say we spent as little time at the villa as possible. It was too depressing.
We booked the villa for 11 people, yet on arrival only 10 beds had been made up. There was no welcome pack or swimming towels, light bulbs were missing from bedside table lamps, air conditioning remote control was missing, the safe was broken and the upstairs fridge was broken. These problems were fixed but we did not expect to arrive to all these issues.
To add insult to injury two of my boys had money stolen from their wallets (which were in their rucksacks) during the time our luggage was stored at the villa before we were allowed to check in. A bottle of duty free vodka in a sealed bag was also stolen.
It was without doubt the most awful villa we have ever stayed in and I could not possibly recommend it to anyone.
