We welcome you to stay at our spacious split-level apartment, perfectly located in the beautiful town of Mijas Pueblo - Mijas Pueblo. Step onto any of our three large terraces to sunbathe, enjoy leisurely meals, and admire the stunning panoramic views stretching from the mountains and valleys down to the sea.

Both bedrooms have sea views and are configured as follows:
Master Bedroom: Features a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and private sun terrace.
Bedroom 2: Equipped with two single beds.
Both bedrooms offer ample storage space and an additional bathroom with a shower is also available.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need such as filter coffee maker, toaster, oven, and fridge-freezer. It opens up to the dining area, which seats six, and the cozy lounge area with two sofas and a large smart TV, perfect for streaming Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and more.

Our lovely apartment is situated in a peaceful, gated urbanización in charming Mijas Pueblo. Known for its picturesque cobbled streets and rich cultural heritage, Mijas offers a variety of attractions including historic churches, museums, vibrant bars, and activities for all ages.

Convenience:
A car isn’t necessary as everything is within walking distance. For those wanting to explore further, a convenient bus stop is nearby, and taxis are plentiful and affordable. The beach is just a 10-minute drive away.

The large communal pool (unheated) is well-maintained, and boasts panoramic views. It has shower and toilet facilities and is open year-round. We also provide some folding sun loungers which you are welcome to use for relaxing by the pool.

There is free parking just outside the door, high-speed WiFi, and a separate WC/laundry room too - making this apartment ideal for both short or long stays.

Great location, shame about the steps to the villa and the distance to the communal pool

This is a very comfy house and definitely a home away from home. A couple of things that weren’t clear in the description were a) to access the communal pool you need to actually leave and lock the property behind you, as well as carrying the sunloungers with you and b) the steps from the entrance down to the property are really steep and would not suit anyone with mobility issues (or who suffers from vertigo!). If we had been aware of these two things and still gone ahead with the booking the rating would be higher. As we only realised it when we arrived we were disappointed.

CONVENIENT LOCATION PERFECT FOR OUR NEEDS

An easy walk to the countless restaurants of Mijas Pueblo. A great base to do day trips to Gibraltar, Córdoba, Granada, Nerja, Ronda and Malaga. Well appointed property with amazing views. We would have loved to have had a toilet in the shower room on the bottom level where there are 2 bedrooms.

Ny family and i had a good week in beautiful Mijas. Diane and Steve were very accommodating when we arrived, dispite we were a little delayed from the airport. The House was perfectly clean and the view from all the terraces were stunning.

Beautiful property with breathtaking views

Myself and 4 friends had a fantastic few days in Mijas. The property is in an idyllic location, just a short walk away from the shops, bars and restaurants with stunning views of Fuengirola and the ocean. On arrival, the property was in an immaculate condition. The villa is very well equipped with all the essentials for cooking at home and the air conditioning is a god send in the hot weather! There are sun loungers which can be used by the beautiful communal pool as well as two spacious sun terraces which enjoy the sunshine all day long. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the villa and would recommend it to others. I already look forward to returning again next year!

Great location for the town and super views. The house is in a development where the common areas are starting to look tired and in need of work. The house is very secure and has all necessary features,and represents decent value for money but again is getting to the stage of needing some upgrade in places. We enjoyed our stay and had a very relaxing week

Wonderful stay

What a fantastic place to have a relaxing stay. Situated on the edge of Mijas but an easy walk in and bus stops very close. The house was spacious, clean with lovely views down to Fuengirola. It was kitted out with everything you need and very comfortable if you wanted to stay in. We had a lovely few days there and would recommend it highly.

Excellent location with great views of the Med.Accommodation ideal for four golfers. We had our own rooms and Villa was well appointed and equipped.Mijas Pueblo was a five minute walk away and even though January was lively enough at night. Ideal for golf base with plenty of courses nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and thyroid administration around our booking was spot on.

Absolutely amazing property!

We stayed at this property in July 2015 and can honestly say we were blown away by the spacious and well furnished villa, the views, the amenities, the location.... the list goes on! The property is perfect for up to 8 people and just a 5 minute walk into the beautiful centre of Mijas with it's lovely bars, restaurants and shops. You really cannot get a better location. It is furnished to a high standard, air conditioned and is equipped as a home from home so preparing food and relaxing inside the house feels very 'natural'. The eating terrace is stunning - the views really are spectacular. The pool was always nice and quiet with lots of space for sun loungers and was perfect for a day of relaxing. We would undoubtedly stay here again. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about the whole experience.

Fantastic villa with stunning views

We were taken back by the stunning views from all 3 balcony's. The villa is positioned so you are not overlooked and its so peaceful. We made full use of the swimming pool, which all of our children thoroughly enjoyed and we had all to ourselves on most days. The villa had plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 children, with all the amenities you would find in your own home. The villa is within walking distance of Mijas, with local supermarkets and lots of fantastic restaurants on your doorstep. The Mayan chocolate factory is great for kids. You can pick up the local bus within minutes of the villa which will take you to the Fuengirola 20 mins away or Benalmadena pueblo. We loved Mijas and the villa so much that we would love to go back again next year. The owners have made our stay unforgettable! Thank you :)

Authentic Spain

We spent 8 days in Mijas, where we relaxed in the very comfortable and stylish accommodation and enjoyed the some of the best views we have ever seen from the private balcony of the house. Mijas really gives you the authentic Spain experience, with a beautiful village full of excellent wine bars and top notch restaurants. The two places of particular note are Milo Blanco in near the center of the village and Secret Garden, both of which served some of the best steak I have ever eaten. We were also thankful of having a home from home kitchen with everything we could expect so when we didn't feel like going out we could use the local butchers and have a BBQ. The house was very spacious and benefitted from air conditioning which many of the places we looked at didn't offer. The pool offered a good place to relax in the sun and was very quiet even for the time of year. We will definitely be taking a trip back.

My partner and I booked Steve and Di's beautiful home in Mijas as a short break away from our hectic lifestyles back in the UK and we cannot describe how pleased and happy we feel to of made one of our best decisions for a holiday destination. The whole process, from our initial enquiry to landing back at home, can only be described as faultless. The owners, Steve and Di could not of been more helpful...they gave us a full run down from which was the best car rental service to use and what to expect, to which was the best local attractions and restaurants to visit. The property was ideally situated for walking in the hills...one of our passions and walking to and from the centre of Mijas, even after several glasses of vino. The views from their place were beautiful as we sat on the terrace with a glass of wine to watch the sunset...even breath taking to walk up the mountain at the back of their property and see the sunrise. We have no hesitation in recommending their beautiful holiday home to anyone and we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Steve and Di...it was like heaven. Steve and Christine

We bought our beautiful Spanish retreat in June 2011; it was the views from the house and modern interior that clinched the deal! We live and work in England until we can afford to retire and base ourselves in Mijas. The house is used throughout the year by our family but we do rent it out when its free. It's set in the Spanish hills and is only 10 minutes by car or bus, from the sea. Our shared pool and the local municipal pool provide relief from the heat. We simply love the house, the village and the surrounding area. The weather is glorious, the people friendly and the food and wine tremendous. Good walking and cycling with easy access to skiing in the Sierra Nevadas suit our active lifestyle. Travel for the UK is easy with short and simple transfer from Malaga airport.

Why they chose this property

This location is a small piece of Spanish paradise. If you can imagine an area that isn't over built and spoiled by overzealous developers, this is it. The beautiful, lively village of Mijas is set up on the hillside overlooking the Mediterranean. The house is quiet with magnificent views of both hills and sea. You wake in the morning to birdsong and peacocks calling and sensational bedroom views. The lively village has many attractions and events every month. If you want a dip in the sea its 10 minutes down the hill either by car or the regular bus service at 1.25E. Our house has steep driveway access, so a car is recommended. The house benefits from a lift from the garage on the top of the house to all floors. A beautiful modern, comfortable house makes this an excellent holiday base. Mijas Heights has its own pool for use by residents and holiday guests only; it is normally quiet and has plenty of space for sun loungers. It also has a couple of picnic tables, showers and a poolside loo!

What makes this property unique

The village has many excellent restaurants and bars; most are reasonably priced. It is only a 5 minute walk to the nearest village 'supermarket' that has a good range of products. If you need more choice there are larger supermarkets and excellent shopping in Fengirolla. The village is friendly and relaxed. Our house is private, peaceful and well designed. It is difficult to feel any of the stress of modern life when you sit on the terrace and soak up the sun and panoramic views, so you return home feeling refreshed and invigorated. If you feel you need to cool down when it gets hot, it's a 100 meters to the pool or a short trip to the beach and a swim in the sea. If you play golf there's are a selection of courses near by and it's great hilly bike riding country for the fit.
