Lovely 2 Bedroom Duplex Apartment in Kalkan with views of Kalkan Bay

The apartment is located on the hillside of Kalkan, a 15-minute walk to Kalkan Taxi Rank and the town centre.

You enter this lovely apartment from the parking area into the open-plan Kitchen/Dining area with the Lounge area ahead of you with a sofa, chairs and a TV. Patio doors lead out to the balcony, with great views down to the sea and Kalkan Bay.

Stairs lead from the kitchen/dining area up to the first floor where you will find two bedrooms, one double en-suite and one twin bedded room which is again en-suite. The double bedroom has a balcony with lovely views down to the sea and Kalkan Bay

All the bathrooms have showers, toilet and sink.

Outside and down the stairs is a very large terraced area with a sea view that has a big shared swimming pool with a jacuzzi fitting at one end, there are sun loungers for guests use and an outside covered dining area

There are marble floors throughout the apartment and a stylish kitchen.

Due to this being a duplex apartment with a shared pool, it is not suitable for our more conservative guests

There is a £40 charge for guests arriving after 8pm, unless they are being collected by our airport transfer service, this to be paid in advance of arrival at the property.

Located 1.6 km away from the centre of Kalkan (Taxi Rank) with its wonderful shops, amazing restaurants and fabulous beach clubs, this really is a wonderful villa to stay in.
1.9 km to the beautiful Kalkan Beach and Harbour, where you will find plentiful restaurants with rooftop terraces and some that are tucked away in the side streets.
Numerous Beach Clubs, the majority with boats that will take you from the harbour to their club, some with water sports, and one with a swimming pool, we even have a beach club that has movie nights and yoga sessions for your enjoyment.
You will be hard pushed to find an apartment with a lovely view of Kalkan Bay
