Branson condo beautifully decorated in Meadow Brook and located less than 3 miles from the Branson strip. Accommodations include 3 bedrooms and 3 bath penthouse (sleeps 6-maximum of 8 per fire code), approx. 1500 sq. ft. 2-King beds on main level. There are 17 steps up to the condo, there is No elevator.

The master bedroom has King bed and offers dual sinks, skylight and oversized walk-in shower.

The guest bedroom also has King bed with a walk-in shower.

The 3rd bedroom, loft area has 2-Twin beds and bath overlook the living room area from the Juliet balcony. Bathroom upstairs is a tub/shower style.

The sun room is suitable for year-around living and overlooks the pond, fountain and brook plus some views of the Point Royale golf course.

*UNPLUG COFFEE MAKER. *MAKE SURE ALL KITCHEN UTENSILS, TOWELS, FURNISHINGS AND OTHER ITEMS ARE RETURNED TO CONDO. *CLOSE ALL WINDOWS, INCLUDING PORCH.

*MAKE SURE ALL TV REMOTES ARE WHERE YOU FOUND THEM. *ADJUST AIR CONDITIONING TO 72 DEGREES OR HEAT TO 60 DEGREES. Text Sindie (cleaning lady) when you are leaving the condo. 417-231-1780

Highly recommend this condo! It was comfortable and cozy for our family if 7. Conveniently located near a lot of activities, but off the main strips and quiet. We will definitely stay again on future trips if it’s available.

My husband and I grew up in Illinois, but we LOVE the Table Rock Lake in Branson, MO. We started going to Branson since we were married in 1988 and we've been going back to vacation as often as we can (usually 2 times a year). When we had our son, we found Branson to be the perfect place to take him. He has enjoyed Silver Dollar City, the Table Rock Lake and many other things over his 32 years. We had always stayed in motels and then one year, we went to Branson with Dale's parents and stayed at a condo. We LOVED it! So, we had to invest in a condo, to have a place of our own when we come to Branson.

We chose Meadow Brook Resort because it comes with great resort amenities. Here you'll find 2 outdoor pools and hot tub.
Also, you will find that this condo is close to the Branson strip where you will find all kinds of shows, crafts and plenty of stores to shop.

Staying at our condo you will enjoy parking right in front of the condo building. Just a few feet away right in front of the condo you will find the outdoor pool and hot tub.
