The house is located near the center (1km) and in a quiet area, in a dead end. At the end of the garden flows a stream and on the other side a large pine forest invites you to take quick walks or jog.

PRESENTATION

Former summer camp, then local youth in the city of Andernos, this house has kept the habit of bringing pleasure to its summer guests.
Renovated by an architect, it offers modern services, while having kept the typical style of the Bassin huts.
The stream and the wood provide calm and privacy, without vis-à-vis, allowing you to fully enjoy the large terrace and the swimming pool.
This large house (200 m2) is located at the end of a dead end and you will not be bothered by any car traffic.
The large volume of the large room makes it a serene and friendly space.

Accessible by a large wooden staircase (secure for toddlers), the upstairs area presents itself with a mezzanine-type opening.
Two other bedrooms overlooking the garden guarantee you peaceful nights.
They share a bathroom with bathtub and double sink.
Children have an upstairs play area with a screen and DVD player.

SITUATION

In the center of Andernos, 3 minutes from the Intermarché by car, 5 minutes from the city center and the pier, 5 minutes from the family beach of Betey (very suitable for children), 7 minutes from oyster port, 20 minutes from ocean beaches or the Cap-Ferret peninsula.
We will provide you with a book with all the activities and visits to do to make the most of your stay.

RATE PLAN

Plan a cleaning fee of 100 €: it is the certainty of arriving in a clean house and the time saved on your vacation upon departure. The tourist tax is included.

Household linen is provided (sheets, pillow cases, hand towels). Bring your beach towels.
