Ideal for business travellers and the more discerning guests, 2-bedroom penthouse located 5 min by foot from the exclusive Mailbox shopping centre, 10 min by foot from Birmingham New Street station and the ICC, 25 min commute from NEC. Paid parking in situ (£2.79/h)
Check-out by 11am.
Flat amenities: 48" Smart TV, Netflix, etc, sound system. Tesco supermarket downstairs.

Large living room with a table that can be used as a desk. The flat has a huge balcony extending all the way from the living room to the main bedroom, where you can have breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine at sunset.
I am always available over Airbnb messaging.
Please do NOT call unless you have an emergency. If you do, you will be greeted by a full-time (non-Airbnb) professional and father of two, who will do his best to be patient and understanding, but will not always succeed.
Close to the Cube and the Canals area, where the best city pubs and restaurants in Birmingham are located. 12 min walk from the ICC for conference guests.

There's pay and display parking near the building - free in the evening and all of Sunday.
