The UHC COSTA LINDA FAMILY COMPLEX residence has a privileged location on the front line of the great Arenal Beach. With a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, crystal-clear waters and fine golden sand, awarded the Blue Flag.



DISTRIBUTION:

-2 double bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds)

-2 bathrooms with shower.

-Living dining room with double sofa bed.

-Fully equipped American kitchen.



We have several apartments in this complex, which is why it is ideal for families travelling together.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

-Air conditioning in the lounge.

- Some small basic features or furniture/decoration may vary slightly depending on the accommodation but all have the same main characteristics. Special requests such as a specific apartment, view or floor are not guaranteed and are strictly upon request. You can request it when making your booking.

-The residential complex has a large tropical garden with communal swimming pool.

-The centre of Hospitalet de l'Infant, shops and restaurants, are located 1.5km away. It is the perfect place to disconnect.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required according to Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Nice Days in Spain

We stay in this area for more than 30 Years. The first time in this location. No heating, no cooling was necessary for the time we stand there. It was very quiet. No german TV. But Internet was there. The Apartment layout was very good. Only one Key for the entrance door to the estate was not correctly, but the second Key was fine.
