Perfect Holidays in a wounderful House

We spent two wonderful weeks in this wonderful old house, which thanks to Gabriel and Anne-Marie has been preserved and carefully adapted to modern needs. It can accommodate 3 separate families and is located in this quiet little village which is centrally located for great excursions to the surrounding areas such as Nimes, Uzes and Orange or further afield such as the Camarque and Marseille. In the hot summer days, especially the vaulted rooms and the spacious outdoor pool offer a welcome cooling. We will certainly come back to the south of France and hopefully be able to use this house again.

La porte du Soleil

Wij hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf in Aubussargues. Het huis was proper en goed voorzien op vlak van keukengerei en slaapvoorzieningen. Indien je met 10 gasten wil overnachten, wees je dan wel bewust dat de privacy beperkt zal zijn vanwege kleine kamers/gedeelde ruimtes. De badkamers waren hygiënisch en de keuken was makkelijk in gebruik en beschikte over een goede vaatwasser. Voldoende bestek, borden en glazen zijn aanwezig. We hebben fijne avonden beleefd in de setting van een zeer mooie, ingesloten dorpstuin. Onze auto's konden we makkelijk parkeren naast het prachtige zwembad. De verlichting om 's avonds buiten te eten was wel onvoldoende. Wij zouden hier opteren om een spotverlichting bij te voorzien om goed te kunnen zien. Wij hebben dit nu zelf moeten fabriceren en dat was niet alles :-) We besluiten dat we een fijne vakantie hebben beleefd in een mooie dorpswoning in het hartje van het Franse zuiden. Binnen het huis is niets aan te merken, aan de buitenverlichting voor zwoele zomeravonden kan nog worden gewerkt :-)

Nous avons passé 2 semaines en famille , la maison est magnifique, originale, très bien équipée, décorée avec beaucoup de gout , grande piscine , grand terrain , hameau fantôme , c'est ce que nous aimons , toutes les commodités sont proches en voiture ou 2 roues, à proximité d'Uzès qui est une très belle ville , très bien centré pour visiter toute la région, je recommande très fortement à ceux qui aiment la tranquillité . encore merci aux propriétaires et à Fatima qui nous a très bien accueillis

Aubussargues

Lovely traditional house in a quiet village. The house was spacious with everything we needed for a great holiday. It is well maintained. There is a large pool which was a bonus in the hot weather. Uzes is the nearest town which is a beautiful and lively place. There is a multitude of paths through the woods and farmland which were great for running, walking and mountain biking.

un magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé deux très belles semaines dans cette belle maison en famille avec nos trois enfants dont un jeune bébé, notre babysitter et un invité pour quelques jours. La maison est encore mieux que sur les photos, très spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Il y a deux ailes qui ne sont pas reliées entre elles (étage du bas avec 2 chambres) et à l'étage (1 chambre avec clim, 1 double lit dans la mezzanine et encore un espace invité séparé avec (1 double lit, 1 lit simple et 1 sdb) qui donne sur une jolie cour intérieure. Les hôtes sont très attentionnés et la communication avec eux était claire et cordiale. Le village d'Aubussargues est petit mais très beau et situé dans une région agrébale à visiter (Nimes, Uzes, etc.). Pas de commerce immédiat donc il faut rouler 5 min pour la boulangerie et à 10-15min pour faire ses courses. Il y a un centre équestre à 200m (Ecuries du Roc) où ils organisent des activités pour les enfants. Je recommande vivement et n'hésiterai pas à relouer cette maison si nous repartons dans cette région.

Très agréable maison

Excellent séjour dans cette jolie maison de pierres, dans un village proche d'Uzes. La voiture est indispensable pour le ravitaillement. Nombreux domaines viticoles bio alentours dont le fameux agarrus. Grande courtoisie des propriétaires.

Beautifully renovated stone house in Le Gard

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very spacious with a large garden. The swimming pool is excellent. A car is necessary, although it's only a short drive to the shops in the next village. Will definitely keep Aubussargues on my list next time I look for a holiday in the area!
