Beautiful attic of 75m2 central with rooftop pool, sun terrace, air conditioning, washing machine, TV and oven for up to 4 people.
Located on the 2nd floor it consists of an open plan kitchen area with a comfortable balcony, a double bedroom plus 2 sleeping places, a bathroom, fully furnished and equipped located in the complex Patio Antigo
The rooftop pool has a great view, is great and the water is never too cold
I 'just a phone call and I will be available to solve any problem
In the center, with swimming pool, shops and restaurants under the house, including the Italian bakery, and not too much noise, it is a unique position.
Due to its central location, the apartment can be noisy at night between Friday and Saturday, due to the "Movida" of the main road.
Water and electricity supplement € 2 per person per night
The € 50 cleaning fee includes the initial and final cleaning. Each additional change of sheets and towels costs € 20.
The use of air conditioning is bound to counter what numbers to cover the high energy costs 0,50x kw

Almost perfect

We had some great days in the apartment from Marco. He did help us from begin and you can call him almost 24/7. We got introduced nicely and he showed us the infrastructure around the apartment and gave great tips for our stay. The apartment is comfortable and everything you need is included. Its located 3mins from the beach. You find restaurants, supermarkets or massage(etc) around your location (1min). We daily enjoyed the pool on the roof and you rarely meet other peole there. The pool is 120cm deep and long enough to have a nice swim in the morning. It can be noisy at some nights but we take the apartment again if we visit Sal next time. Greetings from Germany
