The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. There is one king size double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The living area comprises a comfortable sitting area with sofa bed , Smart TV (and Netflix account) and coffee table, together with a dining table that seats 6 people and a small kitchen. The kitchen includes the necessary equipment for cooking, with a hob, microwave, air-fryer, fridge/freezer, sink, worktop crockery, cutlery and utensils. The bathroom contains a toilet, bidet, wash basin and shower. The sunny balcony overlooks the garden and pool.

We have installed air-con in the bedrooms and living room. To help cover costs we offer this to our guests at €5 per night.

Outside

The balcony has a table and chairs for four people. The gardens and pool are shared with other apartment residents/guests. There are sun loungers and an outdoor shower. There are both sunny and shaded terrace areas.

The lovely Santa Maria beach is only 300m away and there are bars, restaurants and two small supermarkets just two minutes walk away. The town centre of Santa Maria is a ten minute walk away, where there are lots of shops, bars and restaurants.

Your stay includes everything on the inventory including bedding and house towels. Also included is electricity, gas and water. There is free WIFI available in the apartment, but we need to know at least five days before your arrival if you wish to have the wifi. It is supplied by a third party and we have to purchase the login, the cost of which is included in your rental. Please bring your own towels for use by the pool and on the beach.

The locality

Tropical Resort is located close to the centre of the 8km of the sandy Santa Maria beach. This beach is known for surfing. To the east, about a 25 minute walk, there is a Kite Beach, together with a wild stretch of untouched wilderness, where you can enjoy a coffee in the restaurant, kite surf, or paddle with the harmless lemon sharks if you choose to walk a little further. Tropical Resort is in one of the quietest parts of town, but within easy reach of the town centre and beaches.

Tourist Tax is payable by all adults over the age of 16. The cost is €2.50 per person per night to a maximum of 10 nights.
