The house enjoys splendid views over the countryside and the Menorcan coast.
The house has capacity for 12 people with the possibility of increasing up to 14. It has 6 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 toilet, large living rooms, dining room, terraces, pool, garden and barbecue.
The farm is located just 5 km from Ciutadella and near some of the most spectacular virgin beaches of the island.
