About this property

A lush greenery facing the lagoon ....

House / Villa located at the Hermitage, St Gilles les Bains, Reunion Island, up to 8 people.
The originality of our villa is due to its location in front of the lagoon and the extent of its garden without opposite which will guarantee you a pleasant and peaceful stay. This family home was designed by an architect passionate about local wood. You will appreciate its volume and its authentic decoration.
From its veranda that runs along the villa on all three sides, you can admire each evening the magnificent sunsets of the Hermitage.
You open the gate, cross the pedestrian path and go down on the beach. On the right, you will find the guarded beach of the Hermitage, on the left that of the Saline les Bains: a beautiful golden sand, clear water and turquoise, at good temperature .... and an infinity of small fish circulating in the coral reef if you like diving or snorkeling.

Our villa has a large living room, 4 bedrooms including a master suite (including a bathroom), and 3 other bedrooms (2 with queen size bed and one with 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom with bathtub ; Separate toilet and a kitchen. It accepts a maximum of 8 people.
We are happy to share with you its assets and wish in return to count on your respect * for the places, the goods and the objects put at your disposal.
All shops are nearby: the Hermitage (50m: groceries; 500m: supermarket, bakery, pharmacy ....) In the village of Saline 800m in the village of Saint-Gilles (1.5 km).
Many sports activities (water, hiking ..) or cultural (museums in particular) are nearby. We can advise you on your choice of stay.
Everything is ready for you to spend a beautiful holiday in our house.
 (*) We have a Good Practice Charter signed by our guests. We ask the deposit of a deposit check of 1800 Euros.

Located in Saint-Paul, this holiday home is near a water park and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Plage de L'Hermitage and Plage de la Saline les Bains, while Cave of the First French and Musée Stella Matutina are cultural highlights. Garden of Eden and Run' Aventures are also worth visiting. Scuba diving and snorkelling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hiking/biking trails nearby.

Charme désuet d'une belle villa de bord de mer

Accueil chaleureux par Danielle qui vous donnera quelques conseils bien utiles.. Jardin magnifique et orientation superbe, les chambres, donnant sur l'arrière restent à l'abri du bruit des activités nocturnes voisines, plage et restaurant. Les terrasses sur trois cotés permettent de s'affranchir des rayons parfois mordant du soleil. La villa est suffisamment équipée et d'une très grande propreté. La plage surveillée est accessible directement et les supérettes voisines facilitent les courses, comme le mail de l'ermitage et ses commerces. Accès facile à la route des tamarins avec une situation proche des lieux à visiter de la cote ouest. Au bilan un séjour bien agréable.

An amazing little stop at Casanou!

If I had known how much I would enjoy Casanou, I would have staid much much longer... Located just in front of the beach with an amazing blue clear lagoon, imagine the luxury! (btw there are safety guards present+ showers at the beach) The house and its huge terrace to admire the waves of the indian ocean, the sunset, its discrete charm, the big garden, etc.. the serenity of it all has really seduced me. The house interior (4 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and washing room) is very practical, with a special emphasis on the rooms that give way to the garden... I will definitely come back at the next chance I get! And much longer!
