Located on the legendary "Road to Happiness" (Route 413) on Dogman's and Maria's beach. Tres Amigos 2 has been built with the sophisticated traveler in mind. It has a very versatile layout -- 2 queen bedrooms,, its own eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom, living room and balcony And the same downstairs so rent one level or 2! From this house, we have beach access, and an outdoor terrace, with all new furniture, brand new Anderson windows and sliding glass doors, custom cabinets, GE kitchen appliances, central air, satellite TV with 50" screens in the living room and 32" in each bedroom, gas grill, WiFi, brand new furniture, a back-up generator which powers the entire house, and an outdoor shower for coming off the beach. If your group includes surfers, note that we are located on the best surf spots in Rincon. We carefully built this home for the discriminating traveler based on our knowledge of Rincon and our 14 years of renting Tres Amigos 1 (see our reviews on VRBO # 331242). Located in the Ensenada ward of Rincon you are basically 1 mile from everything and walking distance to Calypso Cafe, the Bohio, the Lighthouse, Dogman's Beach, Maria's Beach, Steps Beach, Tres Palms Marine Sanctuary, Marina Beach and all the amazing attractions Rincon has to offer. Our Host Daniel, was amazing, has great communication and instructions and was so helpful! Dogmans Up was soooo clean. Wonderful view from the upstairs porch. Close to the walking trails that we used to go see the lighthouse! I would highly recommend this location if you are attending an event at Villa de Zecheo. It was a very short walk to our daughter's wedding there.

We loved our stay at Tres Amigos! Daniel was easy to communicate with on anything we needed and provided excellent recommendations. It was great having a pack n play for the baby and a washer and dryer. Beautiful location with ocean views. We will be back!

Home from home, everything you needed. Comfortable, clean plenty of space for 4 adults. Quiet location, surrounded by nature, this unit gets a view of the ocean. Easy walk to beach, note this is a surfing beach that is why we chose this location.. Beach chairs and towels provided. We had a lovely stay and would stay here again.

Cozy spot close to beach

Accommodations were basic but well located. It was a comfortable stay. Make sure you buy bottled water as the tap water comes from a well and tastes like salt. Unlike other reviews had mentioned, we did not find the host to be friendly or helpful at all. We received nothing but a generic email for check in, no personal greeting or even a welcome message. After receiving a rather rude answer to a simple question we chose not to contact him anymore.

I have gone through our text conversations where you asked for an early check-in and we were happy to accommodate it; inquired about rental cars and I provided advice; wanted to locate the washer/drier which I assisted with; and finally asked about our water which I confirmed comes from a well. All of these exchanges were professional and lighthearted. A welcome book was provided in advance of check-in as well as guidance on how to access the house. I am sorry to find that somehow these interactions were not up to your standards. My wife and I work hard to ensure all our guests are happy with their stay!

A WINNER no matter which amigo ...

Since I've returned from my "way too short" visit to Rincon this year, I've been reliving every moment. A most important factor of such a great time is the place you call home for the length of time you stay. Tres Amigos begins with a VERY attentive Owner who never makes you wait for a response (very grateful for this since we locked keys in house one day). There are 3 houses on this property. Each one a treasure. We actually ended up switching homes and stayed in the "Semi-Oceanfront" house due to a schedule change. By "Semi-Oceanfront" I mean the house one lot back from the beach with the lot in front of it empty..no house .. no trees! View from front room off kitchen was fabulous! I've been to Rincon the past 5 years. This was my favorite location. Coffee on the beach in my jammies, Gorgeous Sunsets and Waves at Dogmans, Maria's and Domes! Walk to all 3!! Don't hesitate to put your stay in Dan's hands. I'll be back. Thank you Dan.

Amazing Stay!

A very neat new house, with great central location that allows for easier access to the many place Rincon has to offer. The super host Danny is very attentive, and the house features a very convenient washing machine, Weber BBQ and even a power generator for all house. All in all, a house that has all the makings of a perfect place for island living!

Everything about this property was excellent. Walkable location to beaches, centrally located to many great bars and restaurants, and access to a private beach. The check in and out process was the easiest experience we have ever had and the owner was attentive to any questions we had. Response time was amazing and you can tell that he cares about his place and that people are enjoying their selves. Extremely clean and cozy. I would not come to Puerto Rico and stay anywhere else.

Perfect Location for Surfers

We had such an amazing stay here! The unit could not be in a more desirable location for surfers. Easy walk up to the beach and located right at Dogman’s and super close to Maria’s. We were traveling with a 1 year old, so having easy access to great surf spots was awesome. Our 1 year old loved playing in the tide pools right by the house and we made some trips to Sandy Beach and LaLa Beach to do more swimming with her. Daniel was so responsive and offered great recommendations for enjoying the area. The unit was very clean and had everything you could need. We will definitely be back!

Amazing hidden gem

Daniel's place was more than I expected! It was a very relaxing and quiet getaway; and the beach is really accessible and quiet too. Daniel was very responsive throughout the stay. I don't have any complaints and would stay there again!

A surfing father of two boys I have been coming to Rincon for 25 years on vacation. Twelve years ago Jen and I bought our first house, this is one of two more homes we are building in Rincon!

Why they chose this property

It's quiet charm, central location, ease to get to all attractions makes Tres Amigos 2 the perfect vacation spot. There is NO better neighborhood in all of Rincon. Fall to sleep listening to the ocean waves lap on the shore or watch the surfers ride their waves in the backyard. We have the smallest house in the neighborhood, all of the houses are on LARGE pieces of land. The best neighborhood in Rincon, Ensenada.
