About this property

Villa With Private Pool And Glorious Sea Views

This villa has soaring ceilings in the main living room and a tower bedroom complete with en-suite bathroom and its own sun terrace. It also has a Naya with seating and several outside terraces with a BBQ area complete with seating for 6 or more. There are shady areas at the back of the villa to escape from the sun at the front of the villa there is a roller blind over the table and parasols as the sun shines all day!
Satellite TV along with free Hi-Fi and Internet access in the naya. Cooling is by ceiling fans some of which are remote control but the villa also benefits from its hillside location and sea breezes.

We now have a full size table tennis table under the car port

Situated in a private and secure complex in the Altea Hills urbanisation a perfect location to relax and get away from the crowds but only a short drive / taxi away from Altea Old town.

We had a great stay. The view is amazing, house is perfectly clean and calm, and we even got some welcome snacks and drinks. Would book again any time. We recommend a car for driving to the villa.

Lived there for two weeks with grandparents and two kids. All of us truly enjoyed the stay. Had some problems with the dish-washer; this was fixed in no time. Great pool and splendid surroundings. You need a car, though. We´d love to come back!

Spacious villa nice views

The villa was a lovely size plenty of room The views were lovely. Location was nice but you do need a car when staying there. The villa has everything you need. We don’t like to complain but just being honest the property was very hot and really needs air conditioning as none of us could sleep. There are ceiling fans but you can’t really feel any cool air. They are next to useless Everything else was nice and owner Garry was very helpful when I messaged him a few times providing information and maps etc

Fantastic views from a unique property.

Villa was clean and comfortable and had a real 'home from home' feel about it. Everything you could possibly need on a self-catering villa holiday was at hand - and more! We loved the nia (covered terrace), and pool area particularly, and although the drive up to the villa and the driveway itself are quite steep, the views over Altea, Albir and beyond to Benidorm up the coast are well worth it! We spent a lot of time just staring out to sea. The tower is a really unusual feature, and the roof terrace with its castellated walls is quite unique; like staying in a little Moorish castle! From booking to checking out the owner Garry couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and prompt in responding to us, and we had the added reassurance of knowing that a housekeeper/maintenance man were only a phone call away if we had any issues, though we had no need to call upon them. Overall a very nice stay, thanks!

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de faire des commentaires sur mes séjours mais cette fois ci il y a un goût d'amertume, dès l'arrivée j'ai prévenu le propriétaire par mail puisque il n'y avait personne à notre arrivée sur la qualité de l'eau de la piscine, une personne chargée de l'entretien n'est passé que 3 jours après pour passer une matinée pour l'entretien, cette même personne est passé deux fois dans la matinée pour vérifier une fuite d'eau dans la salle de bain d'une chambre alors qu'elle n'a même pas été réparée , ce passage ne devait pas avoir lieu puisque il faut respecter l'intimité et la tranquillité des locataires pendant leur séjour.Un autre point qu'il faut signaler et ça c'est plutôt l'annonceur Abritel qui doit le préciser dans ses annonces, c'est le prix de la location qui est annoncé en euros et au paiement c'est en autre devise qu'on doit faire le virement en l'occurrence la livre, le prix varie et en plus ma banque m'a fait payer les frais de virement hors de la zone euro alors que ma location était bel et bien en Espagne et pas ailleurs.

Super hébergement , le propriétaire répond très rapidement au message. La maison et bien équipée pour les adulte et pour les enfant. Des petite choses a manger en arrivant sont mis a disposition très appréciable après un long voyage. Une vue magnifique et l'hôte tres sympatique. Je le recommande et reviendrait.

Our experience was exceptional. From booking, to prior to our arrival and through our stay, we enjoyed it all. The villa was beautiful, clean and well equipped - we were able to relax at it & throughly enjoyed exploring the region on easy day trips. Excellent property in a stunning location

We (family of 4 with a 6 and 4 year old) had a great stay in Altea Hills. The property is beautiful with loads of space, lots of different places to sit / eat, a great swimming pool, clean and well kept. The views are stunning and provide a great back drop to being in the pool all day, having dinner or enjoying a quiet evening. Although at the top of a steep hill the property is in a great location, a car is a must, but the local shop is 5 mins drive away, beach 10 mins and both Altea and Calpe are 15 mins away - both of which are great with loads or restaurants, beaches etc. The property description is also accurate and all communications with the host were speedy and very helpful Only downside was the lack of air conditioning, but we were there when it was exceptionally hot, most normal times a hill breeze probably provides the relief needed. So overall an excellent stay and highly recommended property.

Moi et ma famille avons passé une semaine magnifique reposante, le lieux où se trouve la villa est magnifique avec cette vue sur la mer. La villa est grande agréable avec ses extérieures. Le semaine est passée trop vite. Sur l'année prochaine nous reviendrons.

Mejor de lo esperado, nos gusto muchísimo, piscina excelente, bien equipada , tienes de casi todo. Lo unico reseñar que queda lejos de la playa , aunque ya lo sabiamos. Le falta un pelin de mantenimiento, pero aun asi compensa mucho el alojamiento.

We bought the site and built our villa in 1999 to 2000. The views are fantastic as is Altea Hills a very upmarket urbanization. We extended the Queens Tower in 2010 and this provides a delightful new experience. All our guest have left enchanted with the area and some have even bought on the urbanization.
The furnishings are Arabian because I worked in the Middle East and brought back most of my villa contents with me.

The Costa Blanca is a superb place to holiday.

Why they chose this property

We bought a plot and built our Castle in Spain. We love it and hope you will too.

Alicante Airport (aka El ATET) now has a new terminal building and you will soon exit and be at the villa via the A7 motorway.

What makes this property unique

The climate in the Hills is delightful. In high summer the gentle breeze keeps you cool on the hottest days that you will spend in the glorious pool.

Shops abound for food, drink and anything you might need. Altea is full of designer boutiques with the best quality clothes, shoes, jewelery etc.

Restaurant cater for all tastes and pockets. The Yacht Club in Puerto Loius Campomanes or Greenwich Village as the area is also called as it is on the O degrees meridian has a superb restaurant. Albir has many great restaurants to choose from!!
