As a professional couple living in the Middle East and approaching retirement, we have purchased this villa with the intention of having a place in the sun for those times when the northern hemisphere weather begins to get one down. In the meantime we are happy to share the pleasures of Phuket - the people, the food, the beaches, the weather - while hoping only to cover our costs.
Why they chose this property
We love Thailand for its people, its food and its climate. Phuket is a great holiday destination, and Bangtao has a fabulous beach, with the Laguna resorts as its centrepiece. We preferred a smaller community, quieter, but still offering excellent amenities and proximity to the beach (but above the 'tsunami line'), restaurants and shops
What makes this property unique
We have privacy, private pool, open-plan living and easy access to both beach and shops. Spa, gym and restaurant all available on site.
