The villa has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a large living area and a large terrace where you can comfortably dine with the beautiful sea view that the house offers.
Access to the sea is less than twenty meters from the terrace, comfortably reachable by a dozen steps. The proximity to the sea offers the villa a unique and incredibly relaxing atmosphere.
A heavenly oasis of relaxation nestled in the green area of ​​Addaura, a short walk from the city center.

Very nice spot with everything you need but not super luxurious as it may appear. Hard beds, dirty showers, and it should be noted that there is an attached apartment right above where someone lives. Also a hell of a lot of mosquitos.

Great beachside property

Lovely place, stunning view, good location away from the noise of the city but still an easy drive. Perfect vacation cottage! They accommodated our late checkin and allowed a late checkout as well which was appreciated.

Absolutely Gorgeous Views

You can’t find a better property that is not in the old part of the city. Views are stunning. Be prepared to walk down a few steps…But it’s worth it !!!

The place was a little disapointing for us. It has many great qualities but when we arrived the place was not that clean , ants on counter in kitchen . outside patio was dirty . The host did send someone to clean patio after our first day .The listing had shown a Hot Tub but there was none and owner was confused about it as well. owner responsive . beautiful location . had to share beach front with locals so no privacy on patio. overall we enjoyed

Beautiful seaside property, house need some updates

We were in Sicily for a short weekend stay and we used our time to relax at the house and to swim in the Mediterranean. The seaside views are stunning and the walking access to the sea is accurately listed. The waves can be aggressive and we did get knocked around a bit the first day getting in and out of the water, resulting in some hand, knee, and leg scrapes. We wore sandals and shorts which helped with getting in/out of the water. The second day the water was much calmer so we swam on and off all day (bring goggles so you can see the small fish) and it was delightful. The rock area going down to the water is publicly shared so expect some locals to come down the local access pathway from the road to swim and sunbathe in the same area. Everyone was nice and kept to themselves, so it was no problem but good to know up front. About 10 people came throughout the day. It feels mostly private and that was nice. The house is clean and had most of the listed amenities. It does need some updating, so remember that you’re paying for the seaside access and not cozy furniture or luxury bathrooms. A trip to IKEA for a new couch, two bathroom remodels, mattress toppers, and appropriate bedding/linens and it would increase the guest experience. We did not have pillow covers for all pillows, or 1 bath and 1 beach towels for each guest so please confirm these items upon check. That was a snafu to fix but we got them the second day. John is a bit of a character but mostly professional.

Beautiful Location

This rental is in a gorgeous setting. The unit is in desperate need of updates and the beds might as well be made of brick. The veranda and access to the rocks and the water were very nice. The parking and steps down to the apartment were less than desirable but manageable just the same. The host was friendly and communicated well and walked through the place with us. Overall it was a nice place, but many upgrades are needed!

Lovely stay in the ideal villa

Really enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a lovely location but would recommend hiring a car to get around in. Mondello was a lovely place for lunches and dinners out along with the sandy beach. Very easy to get to from the villa. Villa had all the necessary facilities for our stay and the distance to the sea was just quite spectacular. Would love to come back already.
