We fell in love with Moraira and the surrounding areas 14 years ago. The Mediterranean healthy lifestyle and with over 320 days of sunshine what is there not to like! We took the leap and moved from the UK in January 2012, making Casa Mandian our forever home.
The villa is split into two separate apartments, we live on the 1st floor, whilst our guests stay within the private ground floor apartment. Guests have exclusive access and use of the front tropical gardens, private pool, pool shower, table tennis and sun terraces all over looking the sea.
At Casa Mandian we aim to provide our holiday apartment guests with a top quality experience during their stay, ensuring the property, gardens and pool all meet high standards of quality, cleanliness and comfort.

All rooms face the sea so the apartment also benefits from lovely cooling sea breezes. This impressive Spanish villa is only 23 years old, it was beautifully built by craftsman using traditional local materials, Tosca stone for the arches, Terracotta tiled steps, giving a homely feel throughout. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay.
