Great complex, gated with 24-hour security, two large gulf front pools, plus kiddie pool and hot tub. One pool is heated in the winter. The unit is completely updated with coastal colors and fully furnished, located on the 9th floor. Master bedroom - king size bed, private master bath, and balcony access. Second bedroom - two double beds. Smart TVs in living and bedrooms. Living room has sleeper sofa. Laundry in unit. Free Wifi. Granite in kitchen, and the kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. Free beach chairs included, which is a $150 value. Tiki bar at pools serves lunch and many types of beverages. Our unit does sleep 8, but the maximum adults is 6, total 8 people with kids. With the complimentary beach chair and tiki bar, you can enjoy a carefree beach day without an armload of stuff!

Beautiful place

This property is perfect for fakilies. It has beautiful views and everything you need for your stay. The owners and super noce and communicate back with you within 24hrs of being messaged. Definitely would stay here again.

Spring Break 2024

We loved our stay at regency this is our second time staying at the facility and this was a very clean room Michelle was very nice and answered all questions communication was great she was fast to respond to anything asked she takes great care of her home very beachy themed nice beds and great entertainment in both bedrooms and living room kitchen is fully stocked to make any meal love the ice maker in the freezer room had beach toys for the kids to play with fan in the closet was nice all together our stay was great and very memorable and I hope Michelle will have us back again someday.

Our unit is our home away from home, and we hope it can be yours too. I've spent my life coming to Panama City Beach and there's no where like it. The most beautiful beaches, along with great restaurants and lots of fun activities. Regency Towers has been our choice to always stay at, and now we finally have roots at Regency. The amenities are great with the large pools, plus kiddie pool all gulf front. Tiki bar serving food and beverages.
