This Regency Towers, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the highly sought after east end of Panama City Beach. It is close to St. Andrew's State Park, pontoon rentals, and some of the best restaurants in our area. This 2nd floor beachfront unit has gulf and pool views & you can easily skip the elevator, just take one flight of stairs up to your condo! Regency Towers offers guests 2 large swimming pools (one heated year-round), indoor hot tub, kiddie pool, poolside bar & grill (open seasonally), outdoor showers, picnic areas with grills, billiards room, & fitness center!

This spacious unit offers almost 1,200 square feet of living space. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances. The living room and dining area offer ample, comfortable seating with views of the gulf, a large Smart TV, and access to the unit's private balcony with BRAND NEW patio furniture (2023). The master bedroom also has gulf views, a King size bed, Smart TV, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, twin over twin bunks, Smart TV and second bathroom has a tub/shower combo. There is a pull-out sofa in the living room, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 8.
