This place was great and exactly as described. Close enough to downtown for walking but far enough away from hustle and bustle. Plenty of sleep space for a group of 16. All kitchen appliances needed for everyone. Separate TV room and gathering room. Kitchen table with at least 12 chairs. Hot tub was great.

Great property for large parties. The number off private bathrooms, the available pots, pans dishes, and separate gathering spaces all contribute to enjoyment by large parties. Proximity to the free bus route is also a great perk!

We had a wonderful stay. Our group of 11 women enjoyed our stay in every way. The beds and the furnishings were comfortable and the home was bigger than we even imagined. Very well equipped kitchen. Maybe could use a blender if looking for suggestions.Only thing might be check the refrigerator temp. It froze some items and our produce toward the back. Otherwise fantastic!

Wonderful experience

The house was great, well stocked with everything, convenient to the village and slopes and met all our needs. Sarah was very communicative and helpful during our stay. Plenty of bedrooms for a large group. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying there.

Great time in Breckinridge

Easy convenient location with shuttle access. Wonderful supply of pots, pans and serving dishes for a crowd. Seems like all of the “extras” that made it feel like home were thought of.

Guys Ski Trip

Plenty of space for our semi large group (14 men). Everyone had their own sleeping space and the hot tub was a pleasant surprise after a long day of skiing. We will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. We had no problems with check -in and the kitchen provided us with everything we needed for food preparation. The extra refrigerator was also useful. The host was always willing to answer our questions. The indoor table tennis, corn hole game and big hot tub were enjoyed. With only a short walking distance to the bus stop we found our way to many activities.
