Quiet point on south Grand Lake 1 mile east of Disney with partial lake view from the outside of the cabin. Beautiful main Lake view as you walk around the shady road on Hind's Point. Not waterfront. NO ACCESS to lake from the cabin. Fiber INTERNET. Public boat ramp 1 mile away, public swimming one mile away at Cherokee State Park. Studio cabin with an AWESOME queen bed and futon with a 10 inch mattress that makes a restful full bed. Lots of pillows. Awesome for two, cozy for three. Linens, towels, pots & pans, crock pots, coffee pot, blender,electric skillet, toaster, large toaster oven, hot plate, dishes, iron, ironing board, refrigerator, coffee and tea, salt and pepper and Pam.
Bathroom/shower, shower soap, shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer. Dish TV. Air/Heat. Pets ok. No pit bull or mixes. No huskies or mixes, No dogs over 50 lbs. Dogs must be friendly to people and animals. Located 1 mile east of Disney. Lots of parking. Paved roads. Take a step back in time in a vintage cabin on the lake that has been updated but has the charm of the past. Close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, boating, ATV rock crawling, rentals at the marinas, fishing, rock climbing, bird watching, relax and enjoy the pace and beauty of Grand Lake of the Cherokees. Then come home to your cabin for rest and relaxation, take a walk around the shady point, see the beautiful sunset and get a Great night's sleep! (The queen bed is AWESOME!) The location is quiet.
SERVICED AND SANITIZED BY BATES PEST CONTROL after EACH renting to keep the cabin CLEAN for each guest! Owners live on site. Parking for boat, truck, trailer, ATVS. Electricity for boats.

Awesome getaway!

This is are second or third time staying at this property, and i got to say it is a little on the smaller size but for a family of four its perfect. It made for a perfect getaway for me and my wife.

The area was nice and quiet. The bed was quite comfortable with plenty of pillows! The futon was comfortable enough to sit on like a couch. The apartment size fridge was excellent to keep our cold food cold. Easy to find! The Bates are super nice, and great hosts! Will stay again when in the area!

Adorable lake cabin

We were visiting our hometown for Thanksgiving. We needed our own space and this was perfect! The location was exactly what we needed and the cabin was everything. It is cozy and comfortable. It met all our needs with a kitchenette and nice size bathroom. The shower was powerful and steamy. The best part was the bed. It was the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Kind and helpful host too. And pet friendly. We will be back

Me and my buddy stayed at the cabins for a fishing tournament. We just wanted a place to lay are heads. Linda and her husband Hubert are great hosts!! Genuine people, awesome hospitality and a great spot!! 👍 boat was safe and under cover from storm. Cabin was clean 👌 and comfortable.

The property is very well kept and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The hosts are very accommodating and personable. I spend a LOT of time in major hotel chains and I can say, they could learn a lot about hospitality from the owners of this property!

This was a great place to spend the night for me and my three friends! It was tight for 4 people but for a short stay and being so close to the lake it was perfect! Lots of extra bedding in the closet and all the kitchen appliances you could wish for. Would stay again.

This was a great place for a quiet getaway. Comfy bed, place to grill and all the kitchen stuff you need. Just bring food and drinks. Close access to great food, state parks to go swimming. Great places to shop for antiques.

Why they chose this property

Location, Location, Location. Close to everything on the south end of Grand. Thirty minutes or less to Grove, Jay, Ketchum and Cleora. We are an hour drive from Joplin, Bentonville, Siloam Springs or Tulsa.
Have adventurous days and come home to the cabin for a great night's sleep. Walk around the point to unwind and enjoy a view of the main lake. Enjoy the wildlife and the peace and quiet of our location!
