Secluded Cottage Golf Course Community - Indoor Heated Pool & Fitness Center
Fox Grove Cottage is located near Paradise Golf course near the picturesque Peace River. Just a short drive from the Punta Gorda airport, you can be on the golf course minutes after landing in the Sunshine State!
Fox Grove is close to grocery stores, movie theaters, beaches, antique shops, and fine dining. It is secluded enough to get away from the hustle and bustle and close enough to town for a day of shopping or sight-seeing.
You can go kayaking on the Peace River, just a short drive down the street, or you can sit outside the back porch and watch the turkeys as they strut through the 2.5 acre pasture for their dinner.
Built in 2007, the cottage is well-appointed with upgraded cabinets and granite counters in the kitchen.
Here, you can have your morning coffee on one of three porches, and in the evening, enjoy the sunset from the back porch while the scent of night-blooming jasmine fills the air.
Property is fenced, cross fenced.

Rod and Cheryl Bowman have called Fox Grove their home for over 30 years. They built a cottage on their property 2007 for guests to enjoy the beauty and wildlife of Florida. While on the property, in addition to the goats you may see turkeys, sand hill cranes, blue herons, raccoons, feral cats (they keep the rodent population down) gopher turtles, indigo, rat, and corn snakes, cardinals, hummingbirds, hawks, wild red foxes, and of course our resident silver fox.
