A Stylish boutique and contemporary 3 bedroom villa in a prime but tranquil location with all amenities on hand. It consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and will accommodate up to 6 people and to keep you cool during those warm sultry evenings air-conditioning has been installed throughout the villa. The master bedroom has a feeling of opulence with a king sized leather bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The 2 twin bedrooms have a full independent bathroom. This modern, tastefully designed villa is light and spacious and would be ideal for families and friends looking for a relaxing and quality holiday. The lounge area is comfortable and inviting with a 50¨ flat screen TV, BBC1/2,ITV,Ch4/5,RTE1/3 and TV, Sky sports/movies and a Blu -Ray DVD. The villa has a fully equipped modern American style kitchen with a utility and drying area. Relax and enjoy the private south facing sun terraces, relax in your own hot tub Jacuzzi and later dine on the terrace and enjoy that 'alfresco' dining experience.

This was our first villa experience and I will definitely return. This villa was everything and more than we expected so spacious, and modern. Pool was warm, hot tub fab. Can't wait to return.

A much needed holiday in the sun !

The Villa was exactly as described, good communication with host/owner in the days prior to arriving. The arrival pack was very much welcomed and Louise (housekeeping) and Pedro (pool) were both helpful . Location of Villa is excellent and I would definitely book again !

Pre-xmas break.

Great holiday , ideal location for all amenities, villa spacious & ideal for a family holiday , bonus of having the hot tub & the pool a good size , our own opinion is that the villa could do with some refreshing in some areas & the pillows on the beds a little flat but overall a good stay .would give it 4/5.

Lovely villa, but a couple of issues

Nice little villa, but the front wall is too low and people walking by can see straight into the pool area especially if you are in the hot tub, there is a gate between the front garden and the pool area, what for I don’t know as you can walk into the front garden and right around to the pool area. Needs at least one more parasol as there is only one and the sun beds need replacing although there has been an effort to repair them Finally the coin operated air con ate the coins up and we only had the bedroom one on at night, we stayed in a villa in August and got the bedrooms worth for the same money, this needs addressing

Described as wheelchair accessible . Absolutely not !!!

Steps to access Villa bedroom and pool area . Doors not wide enough for wheelchair. Not enough space in any bedroom or bathroom to access with a wheelchair . In absence of ability to use a wheelchair the floor was ultra slippery and no grab rails or mobility aids anywhere . Husband aged 72 fell on 5 occasions in 24 hours and hurt himself . Managers informed of misinformation and we were then told they would remove the wheelchair access ability from the description . Our holiday was spoiled by the constant worry of injury due to risk of falling on steps or floor . No offer of any recompense . Sadly would not recommend to anyone with elderly, very young or anyone with any mobility issues .

We stated that the villa was wheelchair accessible as it is on one level with no steps within the villa and the sliding patio doors to access the terrace area are certainly wide enough to allow access for a wheelchair. We have had many elderly and very young children stay at the villa and have a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. However, we were not aware of your husbands severe disabilities prior to your arrival otherwise we would have informed you that the villa is not fully equipped for the more serious disabled to include grab rails and more severe mobility aids that you required, had we known this, we would have advised you to look for a more fully disabled equipped property. Spacious Villa with flaws

This is a spacious villa with lovely gardens but with certain areas needing attention. We arrived at the check in time of 2pm but the villa was still being cleaned due to the late departure & state left in by previous occupants The sofa & chairs in the living room were well worn, too soft & low with difficulty in getting up in our age group. The outside area around the pool had not been cleaned as it was dirty with drink spillages from previous occupants. Sun beds had seen better days and we’re uncomfortable and need replacing. The outside shower did not work and seemed to be disconnected. It was very strange that the garden area was not secure as the pool man could just walk in without using the locked gate. We found the dinner plates too small for our purposes. Cockroaches were a problem in the middle bedroom in our first part of our stay where the on suite bathroom had a feature stone wall which is where they seem to come from. (Although Louise, the cleaner, did help with the situation). Overall, it was ok but could have been a lot better.

Family holiday

From the beginning of renting this villa the process was slick and easy. Jill and Roy went above and beyond for us when we in lanzarote, even bringing us bbq coals. The villa was lovely, a good size and had everything you need to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely return. Thank you

Nice and relaxing stay

Nice and relaxing holiday in a quiet, peaceful and private location that is far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to get to shops, bars and restaurants. The only recommendation I have is to keep a handful of 1 & 2 Euro coins handy for the aircon as I ran out of change on one occasion. I would recommend to stay here.

Nice quiet location but within walking distance to the town (Up hill on the way back). Nice private outside space. Pool is a good temperature and the hot tub is lovely. Like the open plan living space making it feel very airy and light. Good sized bedrooms with good bathroom facilities. Nice to have facilities like washing machine and washing line when staying for a longer period of time or to rinse through all the sports gear. Pleased to have safe for valuables and alarm to secure the property giving peace of mind that belongings are secure. Pretty well equipped villa with utensils, mugs, crockery etc. Full oven, grill, microwave etc. so you can do cooking if you want. Puerto Del Carman has many great restaurants down near the beach but also near in the Old Town. Good shopping too but worth venturing to Puerto Del Calero for top end shopping and a walk around the lovely marina.

SUPER 5* VILLA

A super 5* villa, light and spacious with all thats needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay, water temprature of the pool was spot on. An easy 10-15 minute stroll into the new/old parts of town being downhill most of the way, a little less easy on the way back up. The property was clean and well maintained and it was a pleasure meeting the friendly pool and cleaning staff who were very happy to recommend places of interest etc. Excellent service from both Jill and Roy who were also very helpful before and during our stay. Family Spring Holiday

We travelled with our children aged 18,17,7 and 5 and the villa was perfect for us all. The accommodation was spacious and beautifully appointed and in excellent order (we were only the second let). Jill and Roy were on hand with any queries and recommendations and were quick to fix any teething problems. The villa is in a peaceful location and definitely the better part of Puerto del Carmen but within an easy walk of town and shops although we hired a car for the week. We enjoyed some fabulous meals out, particularly fish and tapas both for lunch and evening and relaxed by the villas lovely pool and hot tub most days when not on the beach. We would unreservedly recommend this villa and would very much like to return sometime in the future.
