Fully stocked and great location

Such a great location, condo wonderfully stocked with all essentials and more. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Papago Park right across the road. Botanical gardens is a must and climbing the hole in the rock. Host was excellent and condo is tastefully decorated and super comfortable.Places to eat: Guido's in Scottsdale, Pitch for Italian and Los dos molinos for Mexican.

A really nice place

We were here for the ironman 70.3, the situation of the condo was perfect for us, it s a nice condo wiht everything you need to stay a week and more, very bright with a nice deco. Other thing…it s a quiet place and you never see you neighbors like if you were alone.I really recommend this place.

Why they chose this property

We both Graduated From Arizona State University and this location is simply close to everything. It a short 5 minutes from the Sky Harbor Airport and popular Mill Ave in Tempe. It is a 10 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale as well. The best part about this property is the value you will get staying here. North Scottsdale Rentals of this caliber will cost double. The complex is clean, gated, and well taken care of!
