Desert days

This was our first visit to Arizona! Loved the landscape and the people that we met. Found Phoenix to be just too busy for us. Traffic was overwhelming. We enjoyed our condo and our host did everything to make us comfortable. I would recommend this rental. Cheryl and Lyn

Comfortable Condo

I give this Condo a 3 out of 5 mostly due to location. The condo is located in the edge of an semi industrial area. No walkability. Be prepared for lots of air traffic over head and lots of barking dogs walking past your balcony. The condo itself is clean and comfortable. We would have enjoyed a balcony with sunlight. We would have appreciated a bit more information upon arrival. We did finally discover that there are 2 swimming pools (one heated, one not) and a leisure centre. We enjoyed her 2 large televisions; however, a very limited choice of cable stations.

The condo is in a nice gated resort like community with a gym and clubhouse for entertaining as shown in the pictures. You mention the condo is close to a semi industrial area which is on the west. What you did not mention is that the condo is right *OPPOSITE* of Papago Golf course. As you enter and exit the condo complex you can see people golfing. Many guests would like that. Also the condo is **3-4 mins** drive to Papago Park with lots of walking trails, Desert Botanical gardens and Phoenix Zoo and 8 mins drive to Phoenix International airport and 15 mins drive to Old Town Scottsdale. A lot of guests would love to be in the vicinity of these attractions. It is also 15 mins drive to Arizona Grand Golf Course and lot more other golf courses are within 25 mins drive. Phoenix is a big city and like most big cities, rarely is anything in walkable distance. The condo is just off of a major freeway making it very easy to get around town. You did not mention how accommodating we were in your booking. I looked over the messages and went back and forth multiple times to accommodate your booking changes. Also you did not mention someone stopped by just to help you with your TV remote. Cable is expensive, most guests log in to their Netflix or Amazon Prime accounts and watch their shows thanks to the free hi-speed internet that we provide.
