Settle into the overstuffed sofa or plaid chairs to read a book, chat while sipping hot cocoa, or watch a movie on the flatscreen cable TV. Enjoy home-cooked meals together, play card games, or whip out a jigsaw puzzle before bed. More seating (and a great view) can be found out on the balcony for those warm summer nights full of barbecuing on the grill and sipping a cold drink.

Sun Valley is a great getaway spot during any time of year. Winter brings feet of powdery snow, great for downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and so much more. Sun Valley Resort is a short drive away and Dollar Mountain and Bald Mountain both offer runs for all ages and abilities. Get outside and enjoy the fresh mountain air. 5 men on a ski trip. This condo perfectly fit our needs. Clean, plenty of room, all our kitchen needs were met. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Very quick and easy drive to Bald Mountain at Sun Valley, maybe 5 minutes.

This condo is idea because it is so close to Ketchum and Sun Valley both. Walking or biking distance to everything. Pool is fantastic. Furniture is dated and needs to be replaced and getting pretty run down. We stayed here 2 summers in a row, though as it’s such a good location.

This place is just OK.

The furniture is from the early 90s or 1980s. For the life of me, I can't figure out why the owners don't put more modern furniture in this place and make it feel less heavy and brown then it currently is. It's a really really nice place other than that. The old furniture gives it an old person vibe. The refrigerator is really nice, but all of the utensils, glasses, cups, are kind of random and feel like they belong to someone else. I prefer short term rental houses to have newer utensils, plates, glasses – so I don't feel like I'm eating off somebody else's stuff. The bedding was terrible and worn out, and there are very old power strips in the master bedroom that didn't work properly. No accessible outlets in the master bedroom.

This condo is walking distance to town and the Sun Valley lodge. It had all the amenities to meet our needs. We gave it 4 stars because the furniture and bedding is very dated. Lovely town with beautiful views and many outdoor activities available.

Great place in an amazing location.

This is a great space! The map doesn’t do it justice as it is much closer to the downtown Ketchum shops and restaurants than the map portrays, easy walking distance. It does get a bit chilly at night as it has older radiant heat but it is not uncomfortable. Plenty of pots, pans, and utensils to make meals when you aren’t at the restaurants. Our only minor complaint were the floors weren’t cleaned thoroughly as we found salt/sugar on the floor in the kitchen as well as a jellybean. There was also a lot of hair on the couch. The rest of the condo was immaculate. Also the jetted tub released some residue but this is pretty normal for this time of year. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Fabulous Location!

Great condo. Halfway between Sun Valley & Ketchum made the location amazing. So easy to walk to local restaurants, shopping and walking trails. Condo was lovely, extremely clean and we couldn't think of anything it didn't have. We will definitely stay there again.

This condo worked great for what we needed. Walking distance to Main Street, right on the walking/bike path and minutes from the Sun Valley Lodge. Our two children loved the twin beds and the stairs. :) The main level was roomy enough for the 6 of us to hang out. I would say the only drawback was the beds - they weren’t the most comfortable (so soft you sink in them). However we weren’t there for the beds so it was a minor issue. We would stay here again.

Easy walking distance to town amenities but a little bit out of town towards Sun Valley skiing, which is exactly what we wanted. Easy parking, quiet and very clean. Had everything we needed and more. Small, but it more than met our needs for 2 nights. Master bedroom is upstairs with kitchen & living area, 2 other bedrooms are downstairs where you enter (we have little kids so we all slept downstairs for ease during the night, just FYI if you have a similar family situation).

The location couldn't be better -- you're right next to downtown Ketchum and all the stores and restaurants are within an easy walk. The condo was stocked with everything you need for your stay (soap, towels, etc). Everything was clean and comfy. Nice fast Wi-Fi. Friendly neighbors. Would love to return.

Great location!

Nice condo really close to downtown Ketchum. Within easy walking distance to stores and bars, so no worries about having that extra beer. Comfy and well equipped with everything. We enjoyed our stay.
