Spacious and beautiful house with a big swimming pool and garden is situated in a small, quiet place called Marasi, 8 km distant from Vrsar, 4 km from the first (rock) beach. Stancijeta Ulrihi consists of ground floor, first floor and the second floor. There is a lounge bar with chairs and a table, darts,.. on the ground floor. The first floor consists of a kitchen (fridge, gas stove and a coffee machine), living room with sofa bed for 1-2 persons and a fireplace, double bedroom, bathroom with shower and a washing machine. There are 2 double bedrooms, living room, bathroom with shower. All floors have air-conditions. There is a big swimming pool (24 m2) with deck chairs and parasols in the garden. Private parking is in the garden.

10 Tage mit 4 Erwachsenen in einer ruhigen Unterkunft.

Das Objekt ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen ein etwas älteres Haus mit entsprechender Ausstattung. Wir hatten alles zur Verfügung was man für 10 Tage Urlaub benötigt, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine eingeschlossen. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Mit dem Auto ist in 15 Minuten Vrsar, 30 Minuten Rovinj, 20 Minuten Porec und ca. 45 Minuten Pula zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin erfolgte problemlos auf Englisch. Check-In und Check-Out waren einfach und gingen schnell. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert. Es hätten auch noch mehr Personen in der Unterkunft Platz gehabt.

Wir haben im Juli 2021 bei Natasha unseren Urlaub verbracht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt und es wurde uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch der Pool und der Garten waren sauber und gepflegt. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen aber Gaststättten, Einkaufsmarkt und Strand nicht weit entfernt. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes landestypisches Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage mit schönem Pool

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Alles etwas älter, aber funktionsfähig. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Einfach zu erreichen, ruhige Lage und gute Verbindung zu Vrsar. Mehr Schlafplätze als in der Beschreibung angegeben. Tolle Außenküche mit Blick auf den großen Pool. Sehr nette Eigentümer, die ein kleines Ferienhaus nebenan haben, aber in Ljubljana wohnen. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen mit Kindern und Hund.

Variety Family Holiday in Istria

The property was very large ( for a family of six ), well equipped and clean. The pool was well maintained and of a good size. During our August stay temperatures reached 38 C, then having air conditioning was a big bonus to help with sleeping. The location is easy to find, but is 10 km from the nearest large town / coast, so transportation is essential. There are many places to visit in Istria, both coastal and in the country, we could visit at least one new place each day within 45 minutes drive of the property. Sea, swimming and boat trips to see the dolphins all near by. Everyone speaks English and is very friendly. I would highly recommend the region and the property ( if you have transport ). Tim & Family, Hertfordshire, England ( August 2015 visit ).

We all like Istria, especially the climate, the food, nature and our property, which is unique.

Why they chose this property

We are in love with Istria. We are spending every weekend in Marasi - small village between Vrsar and Sv. Lovreč. We have two houses, one for ourself and one for renting. The property is 3000 m2 on the edge of the village. The climate, the people and the nature are just georges.

What makes this property unique

It is an ideal place for families with children (a lot of place for playing). In the neighborghood there is a bike route. There are two bikes available for guests.
In the driving distance (15 to 30 min) there are Lim fjord, Brioni Islands,Amphiteater in Pula, Catedral in Poreč etc...
