All Year Sunshine Holiday, in An Area Of Peace & Tranquillity.

The property, has a large sun terrace is perfect for sunbathing,and admiring the unspoilt views, or star gazing at the night sky, and is set in the countryside, with picturesque views and country walks from the doorstep. The roof terrace area is a fantastic for chilling out, whist enjoying the views of the landscape. There is a patio table and 4 chairs for that alfresco dining, additionally there is a separate first floor balcony. With sunshine all year round; 20 degrees Celsius even in in December and January; just relax, explore and soak up the experience.


Adil is the brother of Saidia,who was my manager for several years,she has now moved to Italy; so Adil who is a "former manager of a restaurant " ; he will greet you upon arrival, and can even arrange a welcome dinner for you. He can prepare meals you would like to have cooked ,either English ,French or Moroccan style [for a small extra charge] He is also available to help you,to get the most out of your visit
He will help you with any questions,and can help you arrange any trips,that you may require.
The exterior ground floor conservatory, gives you the benefit of a shaded area
Jacuzzi is situated outside, on the sunny flat roof.


At the nearby beach resort,is an Aqua-Water park with 2 swimming pools and numerous slides.

I looked at various propertys in the vicinity ,however when i came across this charming ruin in a fantastic setting,and i thought, yes this is the location for me.

I then spent 2 years restoring the property , renovating it in a fusion of traditional Moroccan style with a modern twist,the house has been refurbished using traditional materials, but also furnished with every modern convenience.

What makes this property unique

This part of Morocco is unspoilt, and the noise of the local birds is the main interruption to this tranquillity. Plus you are a short walk from the beach - surfing or fishing anyone? It's a place removed from the rest of the world - perfect for unwinding from a high-pressured job; it is a haven of peace and quiet for guests seeking a truly private retreat from the melee of the bustling modern lifestyle.
