Our villa is Beautiful,well maintained and kept to a high standard; perfect for families. Its very spacious, light and charming and boast great views. Key features:Fully air conditioned, 2 double rooms, 2 twin rooms, 2 washers,1 large fridge freezer, 1 fridge freezer, private pool, hot tub, 2 sun terraces & Rattan Furniture, BBQ area, TV system receiving UK channels, internet/wifi, ipod docking station (downstairs), beautiful grounds and garden(totally secure with wall and gates for privacy). We are situated 5 minute drive from numerous lovely beaches, 3 spectacular golf courses also within a 5 minute drive, and 4 more with 30 minute drive, including La Manga.Off Peak Reduction if only 2 bedrooms required. We are at the top of a a hill, on a quiet road used by locals with lovely views from our patio.

Lovely spacious villa

Karen who let us into the villa was really helpful took us to the supermarket on arrival and offered to take us to the waterpark in Torrevieja which was great and the children had a brilliant time . The villa is in a great location near to la zenia and cabo Roig beaches , with plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

Great work Karen!

Karen was a great professional showing us around the house, really dedicated and helpful. The facilities were great both the pool and the jacuzzi. Only minor topic - we would have loved to park our cars inside the perimeter of the villa, although the streets are really calm and lonely - we won’t think twice if the opportunity to come back to Tony’s villa is at hand. Thank you!

Girls trip

We had a great time at the villa. Karen was so lovely, taking us to the supermarket on the first day. The villa was in the right location for us and provided all the essentials facilities for our holiday. The only downside was a broken shower door in the top bathroom and the lack of mirrors in some bedrooms. Us girls do need a mirror when getting ready to go out. We are looking forward to a return trip next September.

Great house

We stayed for two weeks. Everything was great. Clean house, lots of towels, nice pool. Karen was very helpfull when we had any questions. Airconditioner in every room. The padio layed in shadow all day witch was good. The house had a lot of stairs and layed in a very steap hill, but it was a nice workout. Abouy 15 min to the beach. I would recomend to rent this house.

Family vacation

Property good space Property in desperate need of maintainence and updating. Plumbing and electics in very poor condition 1 sink unable to use 1lesking toilet causing accidents due to slipping and had to use towels to soak up leakage disgusting smells from toilet and sink Drainage in middle floor overflows Fuse board tripped when using oven Hot tub unusable chemical balance miles out .. when mentioned chlorine added to very dangerous levels. Therefore didn't feel safe using and definitely wouldn't use it due to our knowledge of chemical balance. Would recommend to owner really need more than 1 set of keys especially if more than 1 family staying at villa. Karen the manager was very helpful and did assist us with some of our queries Good location

The saniflow downstairs was broken and I got replacement straight away . Never reported any leak on toilet upstairs ? Think your review very unfair as if you got all air conditioning on then you put oven on it will trip as Spanish houses don’t have as much power coming in as English houses and Karen said this happened once !! Any thing that’s reported I act on straight away as hottub you said water as murky our pool person said this due to getting in with suntan lotion on without showering. We never have complaints so I’m sorry you was unhappy Thanks Tony

Disappointing stay with no WiFi and air-con problems

The property is nice enough but the stay was stressful. No wifi from the start until day 10 (we had 4 teenagers with us so had to buy data so they could check their exam results), no air con to a bedroom, one of the showers was broken, we purchased a replacement part for it and we are still waiting reimbursement. we spent the first week waiting in for internet providers and air con repair men. the owners offered a small reimbursement for our inconvenience and it never arrived. Very disappointed.

Pretty good but not luxury

We had a pretty good stay overall despite several issues. The house itself is very large, the pool was nice, and the layout was perfect for our party of 6 adults and 2 children. The host was very responsive (and fixed things when we asked) and Karen who manages the property was very nice. But, there were a lot of things that prevented this from being a 5-star stay: *It wasn’t very clean overall, found pee under the toilet seat, hair on the bed in the master bedroom (which was lacking the bottom sheet), dirty oven trays in the oven (so we ended up not using them), dirty outside grill, spider webs under several chairs, green gunk on some of the fixtures in the bathrooms, to name the most obvious things (but there were more). *The furniture is rather dated and some things were falling apart, like the coffee maker that we had to fix ourselves before being able to use it. The towels provided felt like sandpaper and must have been several years old. *Out of the 4 bedrooms, 2 (the ones with double beds) had comfortable mattresses, but the 2 twin rooms had very hard and uncomfortable mattresses (definitely inappropriate for anyone over 40 or with back problems). *There was a lot of clutter such as broken toys in the closet, bedding in the master bedroom closet just thrown in piles (dirty or clean?), frying pans in the yard thrown to the side, to name a few things. If the property was updated and kept immaculate, it could be a luxury stay, but it’s not at the moment.

Sehr schönes Objekt in bester Lage

Es ist ein sehr schönes Objekt in bester Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar, der Strand ist 20 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Sehr gute und sehr schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, er ist sehr bemüht auf alles einzugehen. Wir können dieses Haus und den Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen.

Mooi groot huis, zag er keurig uit. De gastvrouw Karen en haar man Tony waren super behulpzame lieverds. Gingen zelfs boodschappen met ons doen aangezien we geen auto hadden. Internet lukte niet en het water was niet warm.

Great place to enjoy.

Beautiful villa with lots around the area to enjoy This was a first villa holiday with the family and staying here made it really worth while. We were met by Karen and Tony who help with all our shopping to showing us around. We couldn’t thank them enough. It would definitely be a villa we’d love to stay at again. Thank you.

Really lovely villa, perfect hosts.

We were 2 adults and 7 teenagers. There was so much space, the bedrooms are located on 3 different floors with bathroom / shower facilities on all 3, we were never cramped or bumping into each other or Qing for loo/ showers. There are two kitchens with all you need in both which is very handy. Lovely pool and a hot tub! Plenty of sun loungers. Cushions on them have possibly seen better days but clean. Loads of lovely wee sitting areas outside . A verge large and pretty main living room with dining area too inside. The hosts Joanne and Tony have thought of everything. There’s even a drinking water tap. Instructions were plenty and clear. And any questions we had answered and sorted efficiently and quickly. Loved the villa, loved La Zenia. Would go back in a heart beat

What a relaxing week

This property is lovely, we stayed here for a week at the beginning of September and it was exactly what we wanted. The Villa itself is very roomy, perfect for families and small groups like ours and is well equipped with everything that you require for your stay. The outside area is very well balanced with plenty of seating and dining facilities in and out of the shade. The pool area is fenced off so families with children will not have to worry, the pool itself is a lovely size and there is plenty of space around it for catching some rays. The area of La Zenia is nice, it is very English but that can come in handy at times. The beach is a very easy 10 minute walk from the villa and there are many supermarkets, restaurants and bars nearby. All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a nice relaxing trip to Spain.

It a beautiful part of Spain, amazing beaches fantastic places to dine, lots to see and do.The weathers is truly amazing, Costa Blanca over the whole year gets more sun than any other area in Spain

What makes this property unique

We as a family love our total privacy,our own private pool the garden area and sun terrace make our villa a relaxing and child safe place. Also its so close to the beach only a 5 to 10 minute walk to mix with others, water sports, beach bar and restaurant too.Not far from local restaurants and bar if needed.Shop are close by too.No need to drive if you don't wish too hire a car, lots within walking distance 10 to 15 minute walk.This area is perfect for family's we love it .
