About this property

House is located in the base of large bay in rural area. House is away from main village and shares beach with few neighboring properties. Location is quiet and coalesced with nature, also secluded from main roads and local centers. House has large lot arround and is isolated form neigbouring properties by trees. House has direct access to the sea and private jetty with deck chairs in shade. There are two large terraces available with wonderful view. Two parking spaces are available and located 50 meters from house. A small motor boat is available with sport fishing equipment.
Property is located 20 km from the town of Trogir, right near Rogoznica, in remote part of large bay area populated with villas and apartments dedicated exclusively to tourism. Area is rural and you need a car to the nearest supermarket and restaurants (around 15min drive) except one which is 200 m away.
Road accessing the property area is steep on some spots and is 7 km far from main road.
Property is surrounded by nature an few neighbor properties and offers you peace and quiet place for vacation. Beach is in front of the house and has its own private spot reserved for our guests. Beach is not crowded with people and offers peaceful place for resting.

Sehr schönes ruhiges Haus

Sehr ruhige Lage direkt am Meer. Bis auf das beworbene Boot war alles da. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche (nicht die modernste, aber voll in Ordnung), jedes Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage. Wir konnten hier einen sehr entspannten Urlaub auch mit kleinen Kindern verbringen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Außendusche und die verschiedenen Terrassen und nicht zu vergessen der Wasserspender mit reichlich Nachschub.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Hatten hier einen schönen Urlaub. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Die Nähe zum Wasser war super. Würde auch ein zweites Mal hinfahren.

Peaceful holidays at a beautiful place!

We really enjoyed our time in Sevid! The beach is super close and there is a nice place, where you can relax in the shadow. It was the perfect location for holidays just among each other. We can really recommend the accommondation, there was a lot of space for nine people and even with an outdoor shower and grill.

Mückenhorror und Baustellen in unmittelbarer Umgebung

Enttäuschend … Wir reisen nach Kroatien seit vielen Jahren und haben noch nie so ein schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis erlebt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben in einem sehr altmodischen Zustand .Allerdings findet man keine Ruhe weder drinnen noch draußen .Die Terrassen sind schön .Leider hat man aber wenig davon ,wenn ab Nachmittag die Mücken überein herfallen . Auch Baustellen / Baulärm waren gleich neben . Bootfahren wie beschrieben war nicht möglich . Achtung im Wasser überall Seeigel ,da helfen auch Badeschuhe nix.Der Anfahrtsweg ist wirklich abenteuerlich ,sehr steil und schweißtreibend ,wenn einen jemand entgegenkommt oder ein Wasserwagen die Straße blockiert. Schlechteste Unterkunft unsere Lebens .
