Hello, Check-in and Check-out days are Fridays to Mondays to Fridays.
Troutbeck 9’ is a contemporary lodge located in a nice quiet area of the site and is just a short on-site woodland walk to Lake Windermere. The site is set on the shores of Lake Windermere, within the exclusive White Cross Bay Holiday Park. In the heart of the Lake District, White Cross Bay is set in idyllic surroundings, providing a great base to explore the Lake District. Close to all major attractions, shops, restaurants, and bars, the popular towns of Ambleside are about 1.5 miles away, Bowness and the town Windermere a little more. The lodge provides all the amenities required for family or friends to relax and enjoy their break. Guests can enjoy using the indoor Heated Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, and Jacuzzi which are all part of the indoor site facilities, please pay reception for the use of these facilities.
Bar and Restaurant are all just a short walk from the lodge.

The lodge comprises a master bedroom with a memory foam mattress, an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with two single beds as standard or can be made up as another double, a fully furnished lounge, a fully fitted kitchen inc Fridge-Freezer, Washing Machine, Dish Washer, and Bathroom. The lodge is centrally heated and double-glazed, offering guests a warm and cozy lodge all year round. Private decking with BBQ facilities and outdoor furniture provided. Numerous activities are available nearby including,
Brockhole, this is just a short walk away from the site, or you can drive and park using their parking facilities. Here you will find a free kid's play area. Boat hire, Cruises, Horse riding, Archery, Cafe, Zipline, Tree walking/ Trampolining in the trees, plus more!

Please note,
White Cross Bay does not permit the charging of Electric cars at the Lodge or on-site. There are charging points in Ambleside, Windermere, and Bowness. The Lodge does not have a private Hot Tub or Gym and is No Smoking/Pets.
White Cross Bay provides free Wi-Fi. This is a slow-speed connection/network and is not suitable for video streaming and gaming.

Fantastic break away

Lodge & location is perfect, whether you want to relax or go sightseeing. The lodge was perfect & had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Even though the weather wasn't brilliant, we didn't let that spoil our holiday! The scenery is absolutely stunning!We had a boat trip on lake windermere & enjoyed the Beatrix Potter Attraction.Would highly recommend a visit here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The lodge was perfect and the location was great. We were able to get the bus into Windermere and Bowness in the evenings (the bus stop is on the top road very near to the holiday park). We would definitely recommend this lodge.

Great lodge in a great location. Quiet location in the holiday park, easy access to the lake and pool etc. Perfect base for exploring the Lakes. Lodge had all we needed and was perfect for a family of four

The property was excellent, everything you need for a comfortable stay, the double bed was very comfortable and warm. The only thing we found it was a bit far away to walk to the bar/restaurant, for our age group we are late 70 and early 80s.
