Chalet Rubicon is a true gem within the Chamonix Valley. This private home has a fantastic ski-in ski-out setting at the foot of the world famous Kandahar piste in Les Houches. Ski lifts, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and ski rental are all just around the corner.
With the open plan living and wrap around balcony it offers you stunning views of the piste and the Chamonix valley. Relax in the outdoor jacuzzi or the indoor sauna.
Sleeping 10-15 in 7 bedrooms

When you rent the property exclusively the price is based on 15 people self catered.

Catering options are available (additional cost and subject to availability). This formula includes breakfast, afternoon gouter and a 3 course evening meal including wine 6 days a week and housekeeping 4 times a week. We can also provide in valley ski shuttles if required.

There are public busses around the corner which take you to and from town and the various ski stations. Our closest ski station is the Bellevue in Les Houches, the lift is an 80 metre walk.

In summer we are the starting point of many lovely mountain hikes.
The famous Aiguille du Midi gondola is only 10 minutes away taking you to 3800 metres! with wonderful views of the glacial terrain and Mont Blanc.
The Mont Blanc tunnel giving access to Italy via Courmayeur in the Aosta Valley again is only a 10 minute drive.
We are 750 metres from the official starting point of the Tour de Mont Blanc.
We have several restaurants at walking distance (in season).

We are both graduates from Loughborough university and love sports and the outdoors. In 2004 we left our marketing and engineering jobs behind and decided to start up on our own. We bought chalet Tissieres and have been running winter and summer catered and self catered chalet holidays through our company Ice and Orange ever since. In 2015 we built another chalet; Chalet Rubicon. Together with our three daughters we live in Chamonix and love this valley and all it has to offer and are on hand to share our knowledge and to ensure you have an unforgettable time!
