This is a modern architectural award winning three storey luxury townhouse with lovely views. The modern kitchen has a fully fitted oven, microwave, dishwasher and all the equipment needed. The large modern fully tiled bathrooms are complete with shower cubicles. The lounge has comfortable sofas for you to sit in and watch the Sony television. The dining area has table, which can comfortably seat 8, is nearby the kitchen. Facilities include a private fully equipped cinema and games room. There is wireless internet access throughout the villa. The cinema and games room has a 100'' projection, a 7' 3 in 1 pool, air hockey and table tennis table, a DVD player and Playstation 3 with plenty of DVD's and a selection of traditional board games to keep you occupied at rest times. Sunray Village is located in a tranquil position just outside Almancil where you can find an array of restaurants and supermarkets to suit all tastes. A short drive away are award winning Blue Flag beaches. Faro airport is just a short drive away. The villa is fully air-conditioned with 3 bedrooms sleeping up to 6 people. The garden is designed for al-fresco dining with a gas bbq and prep area, a private salt water pool and roof-top hot tub where you can sit and enjoy lovely sunsets and star gazing. Just minutes away you can visit Almancil's award winning Go Karting Track and some of Europe's best Golf Courses. There are many excellent leisure facilities nearby, including a cinema within a new shopping mall at Loule, a water park near Vilamoura, where you can also enjoy the many restaurants, fishing, dolphin safari's and surfing.

Excellent villa

Our family had a lovely stay in this villa, excellent location 15 mins drive from airport with plenty beaches a short drive away, the standard of accommodation is top drawer and communications with Chris were straight forward and prompt. We would recommend Butchers and Burgers and Bowls for local restaurant options.

The house is excellent. It has everything you need, very well equipped and is quite modern. The pool is bigger than the pictures look and is a very adequate size. Very well situated for exploring Almancil, Vilamoura and Albufeira. Close to Trafal Beach which we loved. Even though it is beside other houses it is so well designed that it is very private. Would recommend a stay

Great house and great location

Lovely modern house in a great location. Almancil is neautiful and convenient to local attractions, people here are so friendly and accomodatiing. Chris was a great host and replied quickly to email queries and even allowed us a late checkout. Would have been nice to have black out blinds or shutters as very bright in the mornings from 6am, a washing machine would be handy too but these are only minor things as overall house is fab!

The quality and facilities in the villa exceeded our expectations.

The villa was perfect for our family, a great little pool to cool off, BBQ and sun loungers. The villa itself was very well equipped and left us needing nothing and the children loved the games room. We enjoyed watching a bit of UK TV after the children had gone to bed too. There are many great restaurants within a walk or short car journey, supermarkets were easy to find and it was located centrally to visit the Algarve. We will definitely return, we have stayed in many villas and other holiday accommodation and this has been the best.

Great house in ideal location

Spacious house with lots of extras. Almancil centre 5min drive with good choice of supermarkets & restaurants - we love it here & have been visiting the area for 25yrs! Ideal location for exploring Golden Triangle & Quarteria (all beaches perfect), Vilamoura (good marina for evening meals). Hours drive to Lagos & a further 25mins gets you to Sagres - Fort at most western point in Europe. Coastline here is very dramatic, try happy hour in Burgau or Salema (both small, busy costal villages). Faro worth a visit or get the train to Tavira (pretty town on river with small castle ruins).

stunning property

We had a great time. The weather was fantastic. The villa is in a great central location in walking distance of a few really great restaurants Butchers was our favourite! The marina, supermarkets and beaches just a short taxi drive away, we used Uber. The villa is stunning really comfortable, The pool is at the perfect temperature and we used it daily. A hot tub is provided but we did not use it. The kitchen is very well equipped. Their are just a few things that let this accommodation down. The decking and some of the garden furniture are in need of repair. I know that this is due to the intense heat but the decking is a tripping hazard. Not all the beds are made up so you loose the luxury feel when the bed next to you is just a bare mattress. The towels provided where hard and some had marks on them. The main thing that really let this accommodation down was the cleaner, she does the minimum she can, under the beds are just full of dust, i drop ped something under there and when I pulled my arm out it was covered in dust bunnies, the floors need a good mopping! The use of a brush and mop would have been a good addition.

Unfortunately, the whole development is suffering from the decking twisting with the heat and this is something we are addressing with the developers. The garden furniture is constantly being replaced. We expect out housekeeper to keep up our standards, throughout. This could have been brought to my attention during your stay and I would have rectified it immediately.

A moradia é muito confortável e corresponde exactamente ao que é apresentado nas fotografias. Está muito bem equipada, nomeadamente na cozinha, e o espaço exterior é óptimo para fazer as refeições a qualquer hora do dia. A suite fica no andar mais alto, pelo que é muito reservada e a casa de banho muito espaçosa (com banheira e duche!). A piscina, o jacuzzi e a sala de cinema fizeram as delícias das crianças. O estacionamento na rua é muito fácil. O carro é essencial para as deslocações à praia, supermercados e restaurantes. Aconselho vivamente.

Séjour très agréable. La maison est vraiment superbe, et rend encore mieux en vrai qu'en photo. La photo ne correspondait pas à la réalité. On imaginait une maison, alors qu’il s’agissait d’un res

La piscine et le jacuzzi étaient inutilisables par manque d’entretien. Le barbecue était très sale... Ce qu’il manque réellement en bord de mer : une machine à laver le linge, un étendage et des rideaux occultants.

Thank you for your comments. As our advert states our four storey townhouse has wonderful countryside views and is only a few minutes drive to the seaside. We do not advertise the use of a washing machine. The swimming pool is maintained by an automatic, digitally controlled salt pump, which means it stays at 7.4 ph. and is also cleaned twice a week. The hot tub is also maintained using an automatic Chlorine dispenser, which needs topping up regularly.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Portugal many years ago, in particular the Algarve and decided a few years ago to buy off plan our dream holiday home.This meant we had the advantage of tweaking the facilities to suit our needs.
We love the area because of its great location. There are some beautiful beaches and Vilamoura marina boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Faro airport being less than fifteen minutes drive away.

What makes this property unique

The property is just a few minutes drive to the fabulous beaches. We provide beach towels and umbrellas so you can travel light and make the most of the great coastline. For those who enjoy a more active holiday, you can take advantage of discounted rates at the nearby Vale do Lobo and Quinta da Lago golf course. Also, tennis at the nearby Academy. There are many types of restaurants nearby including Italian, Sushi and fine dining. If you are looking for great food in the comfort of the house, we can also recommend local caterers who can provide delicious evening meals at reasonable prices. Just ask for information when booking.
If relaxing is your ideal holiday then the Hot tub is a must taking in the lovely views. Followed by a movie or playing a game of footballl on the games table or on consoles in the comfort of your very own cinema room.
