This fabulous 5 bedroom 6 bathroom Villa is situated only a few minutes drive from Calpe town centre and both of Calpe´s blue flag beaches. A large modern property with 395m2 of accommodation set in 2.200m2 plot, The villa enjoys complete privacy in a tranquil setting with sea and mountain views. Features include infinity pool, pool side jacuzzi for 5, exterior barbecue and bar area with bottle cooler. Outside covered lounge with flat screen TV, and dining area. Fantastic villa in perfect location. Everything from booking to arrival. The pool bar fridge had drinks in it when we arrived which was great as it was 30 degrees and after a long drive the cold drinks were much appreciated.Tracy the host was brilliant and answered us when we asked a question within an hour.I recommend this villa to anyone wishing to visit Calpe, we will definitely return with our familyBrilliant and thank you

Great vacation home for family/group

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is large enough to accomodate 2 families, whilst all having enough space. We spent most time around the pool, which has a nice outside bar area with a cooler for all your drinks. Our kids loved the pool and all the toys in the childrens bedroom. We asked for the pool heating to be switched on, which ensured that we could swim 24/7. Contact with the owners was great, easy check in and check out.

This is the third visit and as ever the property was great. Fantastic pool with BBQ and outside shower & toilet, there was a lovely mix of shaded and sunny areas to suit everyone. The downstairs was spacious with plenty of different places to relax and eat. The master bedroom and en-suite is huge with great air conditioning and comfortable bed. Calpe is 10 mins easy drive away with plenty of supermarkets to choose from. We also enjoyed the beach front restaurants. Our friends enjoyed exploring smaller towns further out. We traveled south from Valencia this year in a hire car which took us around an hour and 20 mins on. Tracy and Mikes communications was brilliant as always and any questions we asked were answered quickly. Overall an amazing family & friend holiday and we recommend to anyone. Thank you for making it great.

Stayed here 9th till 16th September. Great communication from owner from the start. A very impressive villa in an elevated position. Driveway very steep. Quiet area 10 minute drive to a choice of supermarket's. Villa immaculately clean, everything you could possibly need. Bedrooms all comfortable master bedroom oversized bed/room/ensuite 5 star. Outside area great for sunbathing, pool deep so fine for our needs but for young children shallow end shelves away quickly. Bar area with fridge ideal party area. Wonderful outdoors seating and table for dinning web site doesn't do it justice. Take plenty midge repellent as we all suffered with multiple bites (weather was damp and humid) Would return in a heart beat

La zona exterior con piscina, kacuzzi,barbacoa y tumbonas nos permitió disfrutar al máximo del buen tiempo y relajarnos por completo.Está muy bien ubicada, en una zona tranquila pero cerca de todos los servicios y playas,es necesario el coche.La única pequeña pega fue que la señal WiFi no llegaba del todo bien a la habitación principal.Queremos dar las gracias especialmente a Mike, que fue un anfitrión excepcional. Desde el primer momento nos proporcionó toda la información necesaria para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más cómoda posible. Nous y retournerons volontiers. 6 adultes 1 Bébé et 1 Chien, sans problème. Confortable pour tous. Quelques éléments nécessitent d'être remplacé (chaise enfant se désagrège) mais tout reste fonctionnel et très propre. Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines en Septembre. On remarque que cette maison a été construite avec le plus grand soin et des matériaux de qualité. L'accès aux commerces et restaurants sont à 15 minutes en voiture, rien à pied dommage. Mais la vue et le calme vaut bien un peu de déplacement.

Wir machen jedes Jahr Urlaub in Spanien und mieten jedes Jahr eine andere Finka, in verschiedenen Städten. Das hat jetzt ein Ende. Wir hatten in all den Jahren des Reisens zwar immer schöne Häuser aber Dieses Haus ist einfach fantastisch. Es ist sauber, riesig, luxuriös und sehr gut ausgestattet. Rückblickend habe ich keinen Kritik Punkt außer das die Auffahrt ein bisschen steil ist Die Küchenschränke sind gefüllt mit Gewürzen, Ölen und steht meiner eigenen Küche an Austragung in nichts nach. Ankommen, Urlaub machen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder !

WOW!!!

Wir, eine 4-köpfige Familie mit 2 Mädchen, 8 und 11 Jahre alt, durften 10 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbringen. Wir waren schön öfters so unterwegs, dass wir ein Ferienhaus oder eine Villa buchten, aber diese Villa übertrifft alles. Nicht nur, dass die Sauberkeit top war, es fehlte uns auch an gar nichts. Die Zimmer waren super gross und grosszügig, die Küche gut ausgestattet, der Pool der absolute Wahnsinn, und die Bar beim Pool aller erste Sahne. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern verlief sehr speditiv und zielorientiert, die Übergabe und Rückgabe war total unkompliziert und überhaupt, was für tolle Ferien, was für ein tolles Domizil. Wir sehen uns wieder! Vielen Dank an Mike und Tracey für alles!

Ein SUPER schönes Haus

Wir durften jetzt das zweite mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus unseren Urlaub machen und sind immer wieder begeistert von diesem Haus. Wir hatten schon sehr viele Ferienhäuser, aber diese Ferienunterkunft ist das beste, schönste und sauberste Ferienhaus das wir je an der Costa Blanca hatten. Diese Sauberkeit findet man im ganze Haus, alles ist wirklich unfassbar sauber ! Das ganze Haus ist so schön eingerichtet, das man nicht glaubt in einem Ferienhaus zu sein. Alle Bilder im Inserat sind genau so wie die Wirklichkeit ist. Ich würde sagen mit eigenen Augen gesehen sogar noch schöner. Die Bar im Poolbereich mit Kühlschrank, der Whirlpool, der Salzwasser Pool, der Wunder schön gepflegte Rasen, das aussen Badezimmer, die seitliche Lounge, der tolle Esstisch im Außenbereich sowie das gesamte Haus tragen zu wunderschönen Urlaubswochen bei. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern klappt einzigartig gut. Und weil vorstehendes, alles stimmt, haben wir das Haus im April und Ende August 2023 gleich zwei mal gebucht. Ein ganz großes Lob an die Vermieter für ein so wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Besser gesagt Wohlfühloase. Dieter Christmann

Ein einmalig schönes Ferienhaus

Wir sind von diesem Ferienhaus total begeistert. Es ist wunderschön und es ist alles vorhanden. Die tolle Außenanlage und das innere des Hauses sind einfach SUPER schön. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut. Die Vermieter sehr, sehr freundlich und immer bemüht das es dem Gast im Urlaub gut geht. Schon von Anfang an wird man von diesen super gut mit Informationen rund um das Ferienhaus begleitet. Uns hat die Unterkunft so gut gefallen, das wir gleich für Ende August nochmals gebucht haben. Wir können diese Unterkunft mit ruhigem Gewissen nur empfehlen. Und an die Gastgeber noch einmal vielen herzlichen Dank. Wir freuen uns sehr auf Ende August wenn wir wieder hier sein dürfen. We particularly enjoy the sporting activities the area has to offer especially the Sailing and Windsurfing. (There is also great skiing to be had 4 hours away in Granada during the Season!) and of course we love the weather!

Why they chose this property

We built this family villa to our own specifications completing the project in 2001. The location is wonderfully quiet overlooking green belt area and with a decidedly rural feel but yet only minutes by car to Calpe.

What makes this property unique

The house was designed to offer us the maximum comfort and space for our now grown up family.
We love the out doors and the house is designed for outside living. We now enjoy our summers whenever possible touring the windsurfing locations in this and other parts of Spain.
