We have had an apartment in the area for the last 15 years, and love the warm weather and the Spanish way of life. The opportunity came about in 2013 to purchase this villa and it was too great an opportunity to miss. We have rented through VRBO since 2014 and have received some lovely reviews over the years

Coin is a lovely town, much more Spanish in nature than the coast with many great restaurants and bars.The coast is only a short distance away, and the villa is everything we could ask for, private with spectacular views a great pool and garden and everything that you need, It is a quiet rural location but close to everything, with great road links
