About this property
Stunning converted Old Post Office in Keymer - Close Ditchling Brighton Lewes
A wonderful converted Old Village Post Office - the Post Box still used by locals! In the glorious Sussex Countryside yet less than an hour away from London and 10 minutes from Brighton by train. It has been decorated to the highest standard and has a light and modern feel. Perfect for short and long term lets and also for business visitors with its fast Wi-Fi. Accommodation is a sunny Lounge with sofa and large South Facing Window seat (perfect for reading /watching world go by or snoozing !) Large bedroom with a super-king size bed (can be divided into 2 standard size single beds) Wardrobe and chest of drawers. Large bathroom with walk in Shower (there is a bath but have not included as this unfortunately is very slow running, so probably best not to consider the bath!) Parking opposite is free ! The Village Pub is across the road. You may wish to do the lovely walk across fields (can drive 2 mins ) to Ditchling - a beautiful Village with Church and Pond, award winning Pub 'The Bull' and White Horse, 2 cafes and a Deli and Art museum. About the host
Hosted by Michelle Coe

I work in Travel and have spent many nights in various 5 star hotels - I wanted the apartment to be comfortable without compromising style. I love walking and cycling and the area is great for this.
Why they chose this property
Our family home was opposite, we moved from Brighton as was getting too busy and wanted more space for our children. Originally it was the Village Post Office, however I bought it when the Post Master retired. It has been sympathetically restored.
What makes this property unique
It is in a really enviable position, as is so close to Brighton and Lewes and yet is at the foot of the South Downs, with Ditchling Village just along the Road, and Hurstpierpoint, also a beautiful village. There is a village pub opposite and a historic Church a few meters away. Also it is a converted Old Post Office with the box still being used by locals. If you love walking/cycling and yet love the City life - this is great!
Also the apartment is extremely sunny as is South Facing, and decorated to a very high standard.
