Having spent time in Cannes I came across this property which was in need of renovation and needed to be brought back to its former glory. It is an elegant apartment with many original features and with two terraces situated in Central Cannes. The large roof terrace of 90m2 is exceptional with Sea views to the South and panoramic views of Cannes.
What makes this property unique
The roof terrace gives the apartment the 'Wow' factor. The apartment is located in a residential area in Central Cannes, close to the Croisette and within easy walking distance to Le Palais de Festival and the beaches. It has air conditioning in all rooms, and WIFI.
