I can offer you 1, 2 or 3 Fully equipped apartments (2 of them on second floor and the other one on first floor) in my property, 1 bedroom with king size bed, kitchen-living room(same room), bathroom with outside vanity table), hot water, television and wifi signal in all the property.
Only 5 minutes to Atenas downtown.

Everything you need

Alex was responsive- the place was clean - we were pleasantly suprised with the replenishment of towels and changing of sheets- every 2 days. We felt safe, we used the cooking facilities, mildly sad the hot tub was not working - but the atmosphere made up for it - would highly recommend

Lovely apartments on the outskirts of Atenas, Costa Rica

The apartment was a good size and comfortable. Pool and rancho area are a great place to relax. There was a congenial atmosphere with other guests- several of us were there for a month or more. The family at the property were very welcoming and helpful. But because they have several VRBO listings, there was some confusion about which units I had rented. Ultimately, it all worked out.

BEDBUGS - VIKES

Checked in and out within 12 hours. The whole place including the bedroom is infected with bed bugs. Itching all night and went to the doctor this morning

We don’t understand this comment from Darrell….he booked an apartment for 30 nights and he is saying he did check in our place but for reason we don’t know yet he didn’t arrive….we were waiting for him, we received the deposit but he didn’t come. For his comment we are thinking that he confused our place or his taxi took him to another place….so please let us know details about this situation.

One of the best places I have stayed

I was very impressed with nearly everything at this rental. My brother and I stayed there for three weeks, then my brother went home but I stayed on for about another month and even though this was during the wet season it was still very nice. There was really only one issue that was not a real big problem and that was that when it really rained hard there was a spot where the roof leaked. I will say this once the owners were made aware of this they were right on top of it. Thank you so much Alex and family for a very enjoyable visit

Worst place ever

I have travelled around the world and I will say that this place was the most disgusting place I ever ever stayed. Nothing was as described. Service was nonexistent garbage was never taken away. Towels were never replaced. Sheets were the same ones for nine days I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst guest ever, she never wanted to have the cleaning so she is the biggest liar, we wouldnt be surprise for her, she told us that she had really serious mental problems so i feel sorry for her.

Tropical oasis in a tropical forest
