This is beautiful 4-bedroom vacation home with heated swimming is located 5 minutes drive from Cavtat old town and it is ideal spot for a self-contained holiday which is sure to leave guests refreshed and rejuvenated.
The house is very spacious with over 200sqm of living accommodation, incorporating 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is designed to cater for a party of up to 8 guests.

Ground level consist the living room lead onto very spacious covered terraces which overlook the sea. With the benefit of the BBQ, they are brilliant places to relax and chill out. The kitchen is very large and is fully equipped with dining area. The first floor consists of a spacious master 3 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with twin beds. The bathrooms are fully tiled with high quality fixtures and fittings as befits the overall property.
The ground floor features a living room with comfy sofas, a dining table with service for 8, a country-style eat-in kitchen, and a modern bathroom with shower cabin.
There is a main terrace with large swimming pool and beautiful garden teeming with lush greenery, fragrant citrus trees, and vibrant flowers. The peaceful setting makes it an ideal spot to relax with a book or enjoy meals al fresco.

Cavtat is a lovely location to spend a holiday and can cater for all your needs – fantastic local restaurants, cozy bars, and lots of water sports on offer. Boat trips are also available to nearby islands and there are many beautiful swimming spots in the bay.

Great holiday

We had a lovely holiday at this villa. It was immaculate and clean and any queries were dealt with immediately. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. The pool was great. We did not want to hire a car and it was no problem. We could easily walk to 2 small supermarkets, a bakery and a restaurant which also did takeaway pizza. The villa was only a few minutes walk from bus stop with regular buses to Cavtat or Dubrovnik and Ubers were very cheap to Cavtat.

Beautiful villa in a peaceful location but with easy access to Cavtat

We stayed as a family of six adults . Villa was immaculate and the pool area and bbq area were lovely . The owners provided an excellent welcome pack with all the essentials we needed (the fruit basket was amazing ). Bus stop, with buses to Cavtat and Dubrovnik a two minute walk away as well as a restaurant, bar and bakery . The sunset views over the sea every night from the terraces were spectacular.

Perfect family villa

We had a lovely week family holiday in May the villa had everything you could require and lots of extra special touches had been left a fridge full of food & the largest fruit bowl I’ve ever seen . The weather wasn’t very kind to us and was very unusually wet for the time of year so the pool was very cold which was a shame but the area of Cavtat is beautiful and we enjoyed the trip across to Dubrovnik both by boat and bus. Bus stop just at the bottom of the road to take you either into Cavtat or to Dubrovnik. Irena & Pero responded very quickly to any correspondence would highly recommend this villa.

Beautiful house with everything you would need for a perfect holiday

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The owners are very friendly and welcoming and had stocked the villa with fruit, juice and lovely chocolates! We didn’t hire a car but I think to get the most from your stay in the villa a car would be a good idea, the walk home from Cavtat can be a challenge on a hot day but there is a bus that runs regularly. I would definitely recommend the villa.

“Beautiful Location, great villa”

End of August this year we had the pleasure of staying in Villa Maria. We enjoyed the nice and well equipped villa with a wonderful pool area. There is a great view over the sea and nice surroundings.The villa is based far enough away so that you can relax and not worry about being a little loud. With a very short walk (2 minutes) to the bus stop and a 5-10 minutes bus ride into Cavtat it is also located very well for going out for dinner in the evenings. Utilising this same bus service heading into Dubrovnik will take you around 40 minutes or you can get the boat out of Cavtat. All in all this villa is a great place to stay with the family, friends or a large group of both of them, with a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and a 3 minute walk to the local bakery it really is in a idyllic place. The hosts were very helpful, welcoming and service minded. We really recommend Villa Maria for a relaxing stay in Croatia. All the best Anna with family

“Everything you could wish for..and more!”

We've just returned from a most memorable week at Villa Maria. We were a family of 6 adults of which 3 were 18-24. The Villa's situation offers an ideal opportunity to visit both Cavtat and Dubrovnik with easy access to both via bus, water taxi - or even on foot to Cavtat (takes approx. 25 mins). We did not rent a car - and didn't have need for one - with the shops in the village providing all that you need - fresh bread each morning, local supermarket, and an excellent restaurant (Tomislav) all within a 5 minute walk. The restaurant is really friendly and welcoming and we ate there more than once. There are also loads of restaurants to choose from in Cavtat which is only 5 minutes by bus if you prefer not to walk (buses every half hour) The facilities at the villa were excellent with the pool providing hours of entertainment - much needed as the temperature stayed over 30 degrees all week! The villa owners could not do enough to make our holiday memorable with a huge basket of fresh fruit waiting for us on arrival and all the essentials to get us started, together with a truly warm welcome! We were able to enjoy stunning views from the fabulous BBQ area - the sunsets are just breathtaking!! With regard to accommodation, the twin room may be more suitable to younger children than to 2 x 6ft 20-something lads but this is a minor point as it didn't spoil anything! It is worth noting that the airport is only 4km away, which is great for transfers - takes only 10 mins by taxi - but means that there are planes flying overhead during the day. This however, for us, was a source of entertainment rather than annoyance! The village of Zvekovica where Villa Maria is situated could be seen as a bit basic but the people are very friendly so this was not an issue and the views over the countryside and to the sea are just fabulous along with the peace and tranquillity of the area. All in all this villa comes very highly recommended and we hope that you enjoy your visit there as much as we did!

Perfect villa

We arrived and were greeted by the owners Iliya and Maria. The villa is beautiful and very well equipped. Both inside and outside space are of an extremely high standard. The pool is lovely and everything about the villa is immaculate. The views from the terrace are outstanding over Cavtat and over the Adriatic towards Dubrovnik. Cavtat is a very short drive away with loads of restaurants and a supermarket/ bank etc. Dubrovnik is not far by car but also can be reached by bus or a scenic ferry ride. Also lots to do around and about. We visited Kotor in Montenegro and Trebinje in Bosnia, both of which were well worth doing. We also had an extremely good meal at Konavoski Dvori in Gruda which we can highly recommend as it is a beautiful setting and very good food. Iliya and Maria could not have been more helpful and friendly even bringing us the most beautiful basket of fruit on our arrival and unexpectedly changing towels/bath mats after a few days which was much appreciated. Lovely villa, lovely owners and lovely situation.
