Luxury Championsgate Villa

Luxury 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa with South Facing Pool and Spa and high end games room. Professionally designed, furnished and decorated throughout to an exceptionally high standard with everything you need for a magical vacation.

Accomodation consists of 6 bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens and 4 single beds across 2 twin rooms).6 bathrooms, 3 rooms full private en-suite plus poolside bathroom accessible directly from the pool as well as from the sitting room.

Large open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen so everyone can socialise and eat together including 60 inch HD TV with Netflix subscription as well as bluetooth portable music speaker. Kitchen is fully fitted out with everything you need. Keurig and Nespresso coffee machines and Margaritaville frozen drinks maker to cool you down.

Upstairs Den which is ideal for teenage kids to hang out in including a 50 inch HDTV.

Ultra high end games room consisting of pool table, bar, dimmable colour selectable mood lighting and 3 39 inch HDTV's, Karaoke, Retro arcade and Driving Simulator

Large pool area with casual seating ,outdoor dining and plenty of room to lounge in cushioned comfort by the pool and spa.

Our villa is south facing so you will get the full benefit of the florida sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Additionally the rear of the villa looks into a large open area with no direct overlooking so you have a level of privacy not common in vacation villas.

Free High Speed Internet Access including WIFI and Telephone calls anywhere in the United States and UK.

Each bedroom contains a TV with Roku. All bedrooms also have USB sockets so charging your mobile devices is easy.

The Villa is also fitted with a monitored intrusion and smoke alarm system giving you added piece of mind for yourself and your belongings.

"The Oasis" a multi-million dollar clubhouse and water park just 5 minutes walk from the villa featuring Lazy River, Pool, Fitness Room, Volleyball Courts, Family Pool, Cabanas, Tiki Bar and indoor and outdoor Dining.

You also have access to the Retreat Clubhouse which is less than 10 mins drive from the home and features mini golf, hammocks, kids splash pad and Water slides.

This house was amazing! My family been coming for 2 years in a row and wished we found Steve and this home last year. It had everything we needed and more to have A Family Fun Day inside. The rooms have chargers built in for your phones. There are bedside fans for every room if needed. The pool area is amazing with 2 TVs and lighting where you can control the colors/mood. Steve is AMAZING and very understanding with any questions or concerns you may have! I would prefer to use Steve everytime! This smart house is A . Thank You Again Steve

Family time with College kids

Loved our stay. Property was excellent. Well stocked. Not enough time in our week to enjoy everything offered, but we tried. Patio and pool were great. Family enjoyed the lighting outside and watching tv from pool. We did manage to visit both clubhouses. My family preferred the closer one with the tiki bar. Excellent service there. The home was set up very well for us. Beds were comfortable. Thank you for sharing your property with us.

Lux at the Gate

We stay in the Davenport area almost every year. This was one of the better rentals. Why? Southern exposure, plenty of pool and bath towels, a spa/hot tub that actually got hotter than the pool, clean, secured gate and premises, close to Oasis Club, close to Publix and I4. In other words, it was terrific.

Steve was great! Great responsive communication. The house itself was well kept for the most part. The pros are they have thought of everything and you will enjoy the home. Karaoke was super fun, pool was not warm but cool to be heated. Still had fun. Hot tub was perfect. They have table games and pool toys. They put up a beautiful and thoughtful Christmas tree. A variety of cooking appliances. Decor was so beautiful and colorful. The cons were the 2 king master suites televisions didn't work. The arcade system didn't work properly either. Property maintenance came fixed the upstairs family tv. They said they would be back but never saw them again. I would suggest they put guest need to supply their own washcloths in the description you can see prior to checking in. Like in the main description of what you need to know like no animals and no smoking area.It's not a big deal just would've been a good advance notice. They thought of everything with modern touches on how to cut on different lights or close curtains in the home. Reminded me of our stay in Aria Las Vegas. Overall outside of a few things here or there it is definitely a home you want to experience. I would love to stay again and be able to experience the home in full function. Again I feel because it was the holiday maintenance response was a little limited. It's understandable. I would love to go just to spend time and see what a non- holiday stay is like. Thank you Steve for sharing your beautiful and warm home.

I would definitely stay again! The host Steve and his team was great. We were able to contact them whenever we had questions and he always responded quickly. The pool patio and game room was the best.

Third time is the charm

Another great week in what has to be the best equipped house any of us have stayed at. Everything from a pizza oven, BBQ to air fryer and a Nespresso and Keurig. We absolutely feel at home now here and we all loved it.

Mother Daughter Getaway

My three daughters and I had the best time! Communication with Steve was great, the house was amazing, and the location was perfect for us! It truly felt like a home away from home…which was super nice being their first flight vacation and in a new state! We will definitely be booking with Steve again for future vacations and recommending this home to our friends/family when they travel in that area!

Lovely Home

We stayed for 2 months in January and February and had a great time - the house was very nice, everything you could need, very comfortable bed, beautiful pool and hot tub and south facing! Steve, the owner, was extremely quick to respond to any queries / issues Recommended.

Great House

Really enjoyed the house. Kids loved the game room. Communication with property manager was great. Only downside was traffic getting on I-4 and on I-4 going to/from the parks was always backed up.

Outstanding Family Retreat

The house was as described. Very clean and all the bells and whistles listed in the description. It had plenty of space for my group and everyone felt it was relaxing. Some family loved hanging out by the pool, my sons loved the game room and the two setting areas was great as well (first floor and second floor) We would definitely book again.

Everything is as advertised people. Great complex and house was great. Steve was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would stay here again next year for college baseball. Bonus was my sons college team rented several homes just blocks away from us.

Great stay

This was a great house! Steve was quick to answer any questions and help. The house was clean and everything was just as pictured. We loved the outside pool area - we've stayed in Champions Gate 4 times and this was our favorite outside space for sure! The added privacy screens and no houses behind were a plus. The game room had ac which was great too so we could enjoy that space even though it had been very hot outside. Everything inside was clean and comfortable and there were a lot of extras in the kitchen. Definitely recommend staying here!

Amazing Pool Vacation

The property was impressive with a large pool and great neighborhood. The pool was heated and so as the spa tub. The house has everything automated and controlled via tablets on wall. Every room has a TV/Cable/Netflix etc. The property manager was responsive and made sure we have everything needed in order for a perfect gateway.

One of the Best!

We came to Orlando to go shopping and visit Universal Studios. I was a bit nervous because this is the first time we stayed in a house and not on a Theme Park resort or hotel. Steve is a great host and responds quickly. The house inside and out was clean and my kids stayed in the game room and pool. House has an alarm system which made me feel better and the neighborhood was quiet and gated and security in the area. Oasis Clubhouse was nice and is a short walk. You just have to show car pass and sign in. Will definitely stay here again or in the area whenever we come back.

Great House!

House was great and we loved the backyard! The pool and Spa were great after a day at the parks. I didn't take off a star for this because it's not the house/owner's fault but the neighbors were blasting rap music 24 hours a day at such loud levels we couldn't hear ourselves talk to each other. The HOA seemed to do nothing about this and the sherriff came out at 10 PM but they just started back after he left. The neighborhood needs to crack down on the loud parties.

Perfect home with everything you need (and then some!)

We were in town to celebrate our son's 8th grade graduation, and wanted to choose a home that any teen would love. This home was definitely the place! So many extras, pool table, multiple tv's, playstation, perfect pool and jacuzzi. Great location as well, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, all very close. Our only complaint was the time it took to check in at the security gate. Make sure to plan for this, as we waited in the line for an hour (not so fun after a 7 hour drive). But definitely not the home owner's fault at all, the neighborhood just needs to find a way to streamline the process so it doesn't back up so much. Steve, the owner, answered all the questions we had super quick. We would definitely consider staying here again if we head back to the area.
