A spacious family villa surrounded by a lovely garden with a private salt water heated swimming pool (12 x 5.5 m) with roman steps looking onto an amazing view of the surrounding area only 15 minutes from Faro airport. The living room opens onto a south facing terrace, an outdoor dining area with a complete summer kitchen ,including a charcoal and gas bbq, ideal for relaxing and indulging in Al fresco meals. The villa is situated in a charming area with a simple country bar within a 3 minute walk or Santa Barbara is just a few kms away where you can find all the local amenities such as a chemist, supermarkets and several popular restaurants. The beautiful town of Loulé is just a 5 minute drive which hosts a farmers and fish market every Saturday. Vale do Lobo, Quinta Golf courses and beaches are all within a 15 minute drive.This is an ideal villa for families with young children.

We bought the villa as a family home with the view of settling down here during the quieter winter months.The quiet hilly surroundings offer cooling summer breezes wth g glorious views of the coast and surrounding countryside.

What makes this property unique

Having Faro airport within 15 minutes drive is a huge advantage when we have family visiting.
We are enchanted with Loulé and its open market.
We love the local restaurants in Santa Barbara de Nexe. So much to do and explore for all the family.
