Custom Built Estate Home With Private Tennis Court, Pool in Guard Gated Area
Our Mediterranean style custom home is perched on the California coast between Santa Monica and Malibu surrounded by the tranquility of the Santa Monica Mountains. Ideally situated on the Westside of Los Angeles, we are just five minutes to the beach, steps to hiking trails and close proximity to the renowned Getty Villa Museum.
Pacific Palisades is known to be a very safe upscale town nestled between the ocean and the mountains within the City of Los Angeles. Within walking distance of our home a charming Italian restaurant, Casa Nostra, awaits you as do hiking trails. A five minute drive down the hill lands you at the beach or a little further on at our charming village town. The Sunday Farmers Market is a popular local institution.
Relax and enjoy the luxury of our private tennis court and solar heated swimming pool. The 1000sq. ft. master suite encompasses a sitting area, large walk in closet and spacious bathroom. There are two other family bedrooms upstairs with a full size bed and two twin xl sharing a jack and jill bathroom. Downstairs features a lovely guest room with newly renovated bathroom.
